Absolute scam. Used ₱1 multiple times for separate usage. Suddenly out of nowhere, I was charged ₱599. I don't know how they get the face to do so. I hope they rot in hell for eternity.

This site is a total scam. I've reached out to them for the refund of the amount they've auto-debited from me; as well as the cancellation of my account registered to their platform. Really, my God will revenge in behalf of me/us fooled by you Pixelcutout.

Before you use their services, let it be known that there's no way for you to unlink or unsubscribe to their services! And you dont know how much they will be charging it can be 299, to 599 pesos!

I just want to warn everyone about this app and website. Like many others, I only paid ₱1 through GCash to try their photo editing feature. There was no clear info about any subscription or recurring payment. I used the app once, then a few days later, money started getting deducted from my GCash without my permission. Some people lost ₱150, others ₱299 or even ₱599, and no one got any warning or message about it.

There’s no way to unsubscribe, no refund option, and the site doesn’t even have proper account settings to cancel anything. What makes it worse is that its name sounds a lot like “PixelCut,” which is a real and trusted editing app. This one is not. It tricks users into paying for something they didn’t agree to.

A lot of people have already reported the same issue online. Most of us just want our accounts removed and our money refunded, but there’s no response from their support.

If you ever see a ₱1 promo from Pixel Cutout, don’t try it. It’s not free, and you’ll just end up losing more money. This app is not trustworthy at all.

I just use the app once to edit a photo and paid 1 PHP using my gcash account. I did not even subscribe, then last October 3, 2025, I got a notification of 150PHP deduction for I don't know why from PixelCutout

They scammed me, I took out 599 of my GCash, sent by my sister, that was our expenses, and then PIXEL CUTOUT just stole it, huhu.

Fraudulent website! They auto-deduct from their users' accounts, and there is no option to unsubscribe from their website!!

They put misleading offer on their website then auto connect you payment for the next billing when you haven't even created a plan yet. They charge me 299 pesos and won't be able to cancel the subscription by yourself!!!!

First they made their name similar to Pixel Cut, a trusted app for basic editing, whose customer service will reply within an hour. Second, there is not much in their website. No My Accounts, nothing to unlink your cards. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I hope you ROT IN HELL.

This is the worst of all the worst website ever; I just log in a long time ago but right now it charged me an amount of ₱599.00. I didn't even subscribe to anything and when I got charged with it I tried have it unsubscribe, but it didn't have an option to unsubscribe it. I wanted to have a full refund and unsubscribe my account on this worst scamming website!!!

This is website is a scam. No proper instruction nor a notification that they automatically deduct money to your account.

The result looked clean and professional.
