Our experience with Pixel Genesys has genuinely been great. We had a skeleton of an idea, and they have been able to bring it to life better than we could have imagined. Even through all of our nit-picky wants and needs, they have been easy to work with and helped guide us forward. Our application has been great so far, and they have helped us with integrating it into our website, and clearing out any glitches or bugs along the way. I would definitley recommend their services. Huge shout out to Aly, Sajjad, Andrew, Ammar and Shariq for making this process enjoyable.

I had a great experience working with the Pixel Genesys team. I started with just an idea for a web app, and they helped turn it into a real working business.

At the beginning I worked with Ali and Derrick, then Jose and Andrew, and later Taqi and Marc during the design phase. My project manager, M. Shariq, was very helpful and kept everything on track.

I also appreciated how transparent the team was, especially when discussing change requests and guiding me on what features were important at this stage of the business.

Overall, very happy with the experience. Highly recommended

They listen to what you want and they come up a plan. The communication is excellent. My situation is a bit complicated; nevertheless, they have been patient.

It all started with a "crazy" idea that I've had. I didn't know whether or not I was going to pursue it or let alone ever see it play out in real life. I've hired an app developer from upwork originally and things went smoothly in the beginning but it he didn't have as much experience as he let on and left me with an almost unusable app. Under a year later, I teamed up with pixelgenesys and they took my distorted app and made it into a usable one. I'm the type of person that has big creative ideas and dreams and it becomes very consuming and intimidating, but this company made me feel comfortable and made me feel seen and excited for my app idea. I would like to thank Ali, Derek, Andrew, Alex and his development team. They've worked on my app for a long time and made sure that we saw it all the way to the finish line and then some. They are transparent, organized, show great communication, detail-oriented and consistent. Alex spoke up for me and made sure I got what I needed and communicated on my behalf which I will always appreciate. Alex in particular showed Grace, flexibility, humility, patience and professionalism. They have shown passion for my app idea which further feeds my confidence and in turn it will affect my mindset and future in a positive way.

I have paid thousands dollars to this company at the beginning of last year to start the project, I tried to be positive at the beginning, even the design part took a lot of time then reach to function part they were asking 10k extra for function part of software, then we are back forward negotiating the price , as I have to run other business so I paused for a while. now I am free out to restart the project, then found out nothing there including the design part, even LoGo I have to pay other company to do it as their design never reach our idea, they said they sent a link to download but that link was never working, now it lefts nothing after thousands dollars paid , the trust is broken, they always asked clients to write good reviews or record videos to praise them at the beginning of project when the expectation of clients were high and clients wanted to have a good outcome, I did good reviews and recorded videos of good words of them , but now the outcome is not good

The company really cares about the success of your app. The communication could have been better with deliverables, but it improved when I switched project managers.
