Subscription cancellation ignored and unauthorized charge
My experience with Pixtuner was extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about their subscription practices.
I asked to cancel my subscription by email on 22 February 2026 and again on 1 March 2026 because I never received any response. The website provides no clear cancellation policy, only a support email address that appears to be completely unresponsive.
I also cancelled the recurring payments twice, yet I later discovered that the subscription had been reactivated and another charge was processed anyway.
Only after several attempts was I finally able to cancel the subscription directly from the website. By that time, however, I had already been charged again.
Since the company ignored all my emails, I had no option but to contact my bank and open a dispute procedure.
A service that charges customers but does not respond to cancellation requests or support emails is highly problematic. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people think twice before subscribing.
