Placed an order for delivery from the Street Lane Branch, Leeds which cost £45 for two of the smallest pizzas i’d ever seen, Mac and Cheese that was tasteless and it was all cold. Honestly. Don’t waste your money

We ordered through deliveroo and got cold pizza. Mine was awful, I ordered thin and crispy, it was cold and soggy. I tried to heat it up in the oven, it just got greasy.
Deliveroo gave 49p refund. I won't order from either deliveroo or pizza hut again.

I knew we were in trouble the moment we sat down in the Bromley Pizza Express. The restaurant was practically empty, yet the staff were acting like they were running a Michelin‑star kitchen during a dinner rush.

I ordered the Niçoise salad — a nearly £17 masterpiece, apparently — which should come with dough sticks. Instead, it arrived alongside my husband’s starter, minus the dough sticks. I tried to get someone’s attention to no avail, so I started eating.

The dough sticks finally appeared when my husband’s main course arrived. No apology, of course. By then, I was halfway through my salad and already questioning why had we come in here.

Then I realised the salad was missing capers and olives — you know, the ingredients that make it a Niçoise rather than “tuna on leaves.” I was almost finished before the waitress reappeared with two giant bowls of them and an apology from the chef. Lovely gesture, just about ten minutes too late to be useful.

For the price, I expected a meal and food not just slammed on the table in a hurry. In better news my husband enjoyed his pizza.

I went to the pizza express in York by the water side. , we had a server called Amie
She was so patient with us , as we are a group of 7 teenagers who are very indecisive . She was joyful and had such an uplifting presence and would come back again just because of her service alone , the food was gorgeous and tasted good quality , the art around the restaurant was so cute and was a nice atmosphere too , the food only took like 15-20 minutes and drinks came straight away

Visited here with my elderly mum & Auntie, no booking on a saturday evening along with a 2 year old.
We were greeted pleasantly by Lauren (staff) who sat us at a lovely table not far from the door. Lauren gave my grandson a colouring activity whilst she promptly made our drinks orders. We had starters, mains a 2 deserts. Our orders were taken, made and delivered very promptly by all staff involved. It was relatively busy but there were regular check ins to see we were ok and if we wanted any drinks, condiments etc. My grandson was gathering a lot of attention and even managed a visit from 2 chefs who he was fascinated by, Lucy & Sinead.
Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Fab customer service all round.

Just bought two Pizza Express Hawaiian ham and pineapple topping. For the price they are a total ripoff, they are really small, toppings were meagre, an all round disappointment. I bought these in Sainsbury’s and I really should have stuck to their own brand much cheaper and much larger option then put some of my own toppings on. I’m annoyed that I bought two must have been in the sun too long. Anyway never again.

I tried to walk in at Pizza Express Swindon Outlet but only with booking - restaurant is almost empty.

My shop purchased pizza had hairy mold on it despite being cooked well before "best Before" date. The pizza had been stored correctly.
To add insult to injury they do not provide a phone number for complaints and their e-mail is designed to frustrate a complaint or facilitate warning them of a faulty batch.

Very expensive in the supermarket and when you get it home and cook it you were probably better off buyinga piece of bread really poor quality

Visited Tower Park, Poole restaurant at 1800 hrs Sunday 21 June 2026. Booking for 3 made via a Buy-a-Gift voucher scheme. This gift scheme was an absolute shambles when trying to pay for the meal via a printed voucher. Wasted over an hour but finally resolved by a server called Kerry. She went overboard to assist us throughout this embarrassing process. Thanks to her we enjoyed the meal and all round service but will never use the Buy-a-Gift scheme again.

Regular customer to pizza express who made the mistake of ordering via Just Eat. £20 for a niciose salad with chicken - received mostly lettuce and cucumber, no egg or chicken and 1 small potato. Hit a dead end and have been declined a refund for the item. Feel entirely ripped off. Not only will I not use Just Eat again, I will not give Pizza Express any further custom.

Strangely pizza express at Meadow hall is not a patch on Pizza express at the McArthur outlet in York. We ordered exactly the same menu at the week before in York. Not good, my pizza was swimming in oil.
So, delete the app and in future go somewhere else.

Why do the pizzas differ in size depending on the restaurant?
They were really small last night in Leeds ☹️

The restaurant was good, the staff helpful
The bill was expensive. I had £60 of Tesco vouchers and still had to contribute £11 for 3 of us to eat there!

My husband & I ate in Pizza Express in Braehead Glasgow and was served by Peter.

This was the second time we ate there and was served by Peter!!

He was so friendly and helpful and polite on both occasions!!

I visited Taunton’s pizza express and was immediately welcomed by an amazing man. We were then sat and had an excellent waiter called Bex. She was lovely throughout the visit. Much appreciated.

Our server Poppy at Croydon George Street was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Poppy went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, and I will be requesting her as my server in future. Thank you Poppy, you have made a hungry family very happy!

Absolutely shocking experience at the pizza express at NEC Birmingham resort world arena - ordered 1 basic margarita pizza! 40 minutes in questioned where is it to a waiter coming back to say they had lost the ticket?? With a big smirk on his face to also tell me this happens all the time???!!!! Absolutely shocking to where I wish I would have walked without paying for the two cokes at £7.80!!!! Shit show!! AVOID!!!!!!!

We visited the Pizza Express in Barrett Street/ St Christopher’s Place during the busy and very hot half term week. It took a little while to be seated, they seemed a couple of staff short (hence the lost star)but once seated our service was very good. Marcos was very attentive, checking for allergies, repeating the order for the table of 6 (3 children) verbatim. He seemed to anticipate our needs and was good with the children. We used a 25% discount code which really made the visit affordable. We’d visit again, the outdoor dining area was also a nice option.
