We have had an account with PJH for about 6 years, closed it today due to very poor customer service and a worthless Guarantee. Lots of bad reports on here, can't say I'm surprised after my recent experience.

stay well clear of this company, customer service non existent, poor products, over charge, late deliveries, we took all there products out our showroom and replaced them with a more reliable supplier, they had 70% of our showroom and promised the earth but let us down,

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This involves the delivery of a bath. The first time, after waiting in, they called to say they had run out of time and could not deliver. They then gave me a slot two weeks later. The bath came and was damaged. They then gave me a slot another two weeks later. Waited in all day. They called to say they had ran out of time. Rearranged for following day. Made arrangements to wait in. Called on the day to say they could not deliver. Rearranged to following day. I asked them to call me half an hour before so I could get there to let them in. They called at 9am saying they were at the flat so I had to rush over. They made me inspect the bath in the lorry with the two of them in there with me. I couldn't see the whole thing as a lot of it was covered in cardboard. My builders have gone to fit it and it is once again badly damaged. I cannot believe this service, it is absolutely DISGUSTING. My family have all said they would never use B&Q as a result and neither will I ever again. Waiting for a resolution now.
4 hour delivery window and they were still an hour late!!!
My parents were waiting from 7am - 2pm for a simple delivery today. 1 hour later than their window is not acceptable. If I was an hour late to all my students I’d never have any ! Even when they arrived they were banging and crashing everywhere.

Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. I got a call to say that the driver would be with me in 45 minutes. 3 hours later, when I had been waiting in most of the day, I picked up a message saying that they couldn’t find my address or contact me so they went back to the depot. The phone signal in my area isn’t great, which may be why I didn’t get the message, but they could easily have stopped and asked someone for directions - my address isn’t that hard to find. When I phoned they said I’d have to re-book which, because of my work commitments is another 2 weeks away. I will be contacting B&Q about this too, as it is the carrier they use. Shocking service.
Two delivery drivers and lorry from PJH…
Two delivery drivers and lorry from PJH unnecessarily blocked access to my road (Gordon Road, Camberley reg DK68 TZW at 08.06 today) A pull - in was available two cars up. They we’re taking small heavy packages into a house - so nothing that could not have been transported on a sack truck or similar.
I waited a total of two/three mins and they told me to wait when I protested! Shocking, lazy, selfish and I note I’m not the only one having complained about this behaviour. I have photos.

Absolute disgrace the lack of standards this company needs a bloody good shake up starting with the drivers whom hung up on me twice and stated they couldn't contact me

This now reflects on B and Q whom should take note of all the negative comments and act accordingly and get rid if this company

The only positive I can give is the lady I spoke to from PJH was very apologetic

Awful customer service- didn't deliever all parts, didn't rearrange, didn't bother calling. Would stop me from ever ordering with B&Q again. Caused countless issues and costs with having to reschedule the plumber for bathroom installation. Wasted annual leave taken waiting sitting in for this company.
Prima Dishwasher Broken Rack / Experience of Dealing with PJH
If I could give PJH minus 10 then I would.
I’ve never experienced a company like this lot ! I first telephoned them on the 14th May 2018 to explain that my bottom rack on our Prima Dishwasher had broken, was told I would receive a new one within 2 weeks as it was still under guarantee.
13 phone calls later and we are now in June 2019 and still waiting for it to be delivered !!
Shocking Company and now I feel I have no other option than to take this to the next level. I really pity anyone who has to deal with them.
Excellent service from PJH
Really pleased with the PJH service. A conditions of the purchase (from Trading Depot) was that we should inspect the product (a kitchen sink) before accepting. The PJH delivery guy was great. He called 45 mins before arriving to alert us and was happy to stand and wait while we inspected. Even helped us open the box and check the product. The packaging was solid and the item had not been dropped or bumped (unlike an earlier experience with another delivery company). I wish I had got the driver's name because he was such a great bloke. It would have been nice to thank him personally.

Delivered my bathroom yesterday one of the men threw 2 boxes onto road when they came in the boxes were damaged said I would put that on delivery note he went and told other man who was in back of van he came charging in said he was tak By everything back and I would not have my f delivery I got hold of box and told my daughter (19) that get other end this man then pushed my daughter into the door frame told him what does he think he is doing he then said to the other man come on she is not having her order I was verbally abused my daughter assaulted called police , he even said that I was in his truck stealing stuff this was witnessed by numerous people or and recorded by my home cctv and daughters mobile which was shown to the police , do not use this company you get abused assaulted and end up with damaged goods

Very poor product delivery experience.
Driver arrived >2 hours late after the end of a 6-hour delivery window (7am-1pm). No attempt was made to call the driver when I informed customer services of continued delays
Post arrival, goods were dumped on the street, not delivered to our 4th floor apartment (as per clear instructions). It took 3 builders over an hour to move items to the apartment
Complaint raised with company, yet no further communication received
Don't expect delivery
Ordered a product from B&Q, and subsequently received a message from PJH that the product would arrive on a certain date. 3 day's later no word on where the delivery is and B&Q are having trouble contacting them.
