Philipp is the consummate professional. He is highly skilled and the opportunity to learn from him is absolutely worth taking advantage of. His mentorship gave me so much more confidence as an Android developer. I gained a much deeper understanding of compose, dependency injection, retrofit, Room, etc.
After completing the mentorship I feel much more confident in applying for senior level roles and I would recommend his mentorship program to anyone who is serious about Android development and who really wants to elevate their skills.

Philipp has a lot of experience. He always had an expert approach to all the issues I have encountered while developing my app. I have learned a lot about Clean Architecture, MVI, Compose, Coroutines, DI...
The most important thing of this mentorship is to be consistent and put a lot of hard work on it. The more you dedicate to the app, the more you will learn. Is 100% free pace and path. You decide what libraries to use, what architecture and how much time you dedicate to the app. If you are going to put all your effort on it, I highly recommend it, you will improve your knowledge exponentially.

Awesome mentoring experience

I had 10 week mentorship with Philip where I learned about project structure, android clean architecture, and good caching/network strategies. Despite the time zone difference, he was never late at reviewing my PRs and answered any follow up questions. Overall really recommend this class!

You get what you put into it....and breaking old habits is hard.

I joined the mentoring program, and it was exactly the kind of feedback that was missing in daily business. While developing a realistic Android application from scratch, every line was reviewed, and you get personalized feedback on common mistakes or code smells that may lead to bugs. Furthermore, the architecture is challenged to create a modular, scalable and maintainable application. The things I learned are very useful for real world applications.

As a person who enjoys learning with all of mistakes pointed out clearly, argumented and with no sugarcoating, as well as learning through real life examples, this was by far one of the best learning experiences I ever had.
Philipp not only points out at all of your mistakes with a thorough explanation, but also challenges you to find the solution yourself rather then immediately solving your problem instead of you, which, in my opinion, is the best way of learning.
As busy as he is, Philipp was amazingly reachable at any time of day, and would reply to all the messages in a matter of an hour or two.
Regarding the project itself, it had everything it needs to have to make sure you cover both the essentials and complex parts of Android programming, and it was a delight to work on such a program.
After only 6 weeks, I feel like a complete different and much better developer, and would recommend this course to anyone who wants to become better in their field of work.

The course is reach on informations and details, 70% of the course is practice would recommend the course not only for beginner and mid-level Android developers but also Senior developer who didn't have chance to work with CI.
