Planbet Reviews

Z całego serca NIE NIE NIE POLECAM!!!

Don't waste your time with this booker. It's a totally scam.
They don't deliver on the bonuses they promise. I tried to make a withdrawal and they created many problems, from sending documents that they kept saying were invalid, always sending everything they asked for, and they still wouldn't allow the withdrawal.

I have deposited 1000 rupees from gpay it has still to be deposited later on they said amount was rejected then said send bank statement did that too they give wrong email address so I took a screenshotof the bank statement still to no avail and so many operators come and go promising to look into the matter and we will help you but to no avail they just eat up the money.A sad state of affairs. They also say the money has been refunded to your walletbut no refund yet and latest they say there is a technical glitch in the email section even a thousand bucks being the minimum amount is swallowed by them.A scam site do not put your money at risk.

Created an account. Deposited, made a small bet and they instantly locked me. Can’t bet nor play in the casino and can’t withdraw.

Answering the reply: Of course I talked first with support. They were no help. Said that then can limit and block me without having to give a reason. Trust me, DONT use this site

Support is crazy slow, mails didnt get answered and Live Chat is useless. Cant recommend. Tried to change my phone number becuase i lost my phone, but nobody is responding. And you cant use the product without phone number. Stay away!

Ficou a faltar o bónus de primeiro deposito. Mesmo com os dados pessoais preenchidos.

I don't know what to say. So much mental torture these guys do to the customer. I created an account over here thinking I will enjoy the experience but it is turning out to be a disaster. First they rejected my withdrawals stating technical issues and then they said I have reached my daily withdrawal limit and I cannot withdraw anymore. If my withdrawals are rejected then how can my limit exhaust ? I was talking to the online support chat yesterday but now they have blocked my access to the online customer support care as well. Even after waiting for 24 hours I am not able to withdraw anything as it keeps saying that withdrawal limit is exhausted, please try after 24 hours. They are doing every possible thing to avoid giving the customer their winnings.
Terrible experience! If they change this and let me withdraw the amount smoothly I will edit it.

PlanBet has marked my three withdrawal as complete but i have not received a single rs in my account

I have problem withdrawing my money. For almost 3 or 4 weeks now, they keep on stressing me for some documents like a selfie holding a code and the email they sent me. I already sent my national Id, my utility bill, and everything they need but after I sent the requested documents. They’re looking for another documents which I don’t understand why such a lot of documents are requested.
They said it’s essential for confirmation of the withdrawal but I think it’s their strategy not to pay players. Until now, i didn’t got my money back.
