We had a very difficult situation in the process of buying our house. When we hierd about Planet Mortgages we were already hopeless and tired of papers. We knew already the property that we want to buy but the bank hesitate to tell as what is the problem for good 3 months. I just decided to give a try. Sion was with us from the beginning of the process till the end. She told me that she will do her best for our home, and she did, thank you. After 4 months of stressful back and forward conversations with different banks, we had our acceptance and we did the completion. After trying a different company and failing to get what I needed I spoke with Frankie at Planet Mortgages and he was amazing at helping me. The advice he provided was brilliant and he always replied inrecidbly quickly to any questions I had. Within a week he had helped me secure a mortgage for exactly the amount I needed. Couldn't recommend more! We had very complicated situation. One mortgage broker/advisor let us down because he can’t do it because my husband was going to move and change his job. Someone recommended Sian, we met her during our first appointment explained everything our situation, I was surprised how confident she was. I can’t thank her enough she went above and beyond to get our mortgages from Residential mortgage changed to Buy-to-let ( England Property) and onward purchase via Mortgage Portal (Northern Ireland property) It was done simultaneously. It was very stressful five months, we experienced lots of issues, but Sian managed to sort, supported and helped us till the end. And she made you feel not just a client but a friend who always willing to listen and will sent you message whenever she can. I can’t thank her enough for everything because we found our beautiful home here in Northern Ireland and my children are very happy. Couldn't recommend more! Really went above and beyond to get my mortgage for me. I was helped through a job change, market changes, vendor and agreed price changes. Every hurdle was overcome as quickly as possible, and I was given all support I needed and more. It has made such a difference especially with the market rates changing so quickly at the moment. The help and guidance and advice given to us by Sian was amazing and instrumental in securing us great mortgage rates. Herself and Jo-Leigh kept us updated throughout the process, and with a lot of delays with our new build they ensured we also got our offer extension and no rate changes through a very difficult time in the market! I would not recommend going anywhere else!

We were at a crossroads with a thin credit file with some adverse accounts listed, I therefore didn't think we would fit the mortgage criteria for any lenders across the financial market - which I had been told by multiple other "mortgage advisors" This was before I was put onto Frankie and the planet mortgages team.

The countless hours and professional communication from Frankie and his team has been in a class of its own to secure me the best mortgage offer available to me, The amount of work him and his team put into my case before even getting a penny provided me with real confidence that I was in safe hands.
