Product does not work as advertised. There is NO customer service. Multiple emails to them for assistance, but no responses. Sadly, all of the negative reviews appear to be accurate. Plenty of other programs and options out there. Skip this one.

Mostly a scam. Majority of the ads show the product being used on an ipad, but setting it up using an ipad is almost impossible due to bugs. Also the 14-day refund policy only applies up until you open the files you bought. Since it’s a digital product, this policy makes sense, but the advertising is misleadong since you can’t actually see the product for yourself before you lose that possibility of a refund. Overall definitely wouldn’t recommend. Honestly a pen and a notebook would be just as efficient, considering the amount of bugs.

I’ve reached out multiple times regarding a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee – but haven’t received any response at all. Unfortunately, the promise of a hassle-free refund is not being kept. If you’re thinking about buying, be aware that customer support seems to be non-existent. Very disappointing.

Scam. Hard to use, unfinished, poor designed database. Refunded in 30 minutes after order, nobody respond. I'm writing to shopify customer service to take a look on this site.

Absolutely disgusted.
Requested a refund within 20 minutes of purchasing. Still awaiting refund, nearly 3 months later as this was placed 20th December!
I’ve now contacted my bank to help regarding this.

App once downloaded then asks you to purchase MOTION another app, to work.

This is a scam, the product is not easy to use at all and has distorted images ect, customer service is non existent and never mind getting your money back as they "promise". Don't waste your time wish I came to this site first.

I was disappointed with my very first experience. I could not set up the planner in Notion. It kept redirecting me to the main Notion page.

After reaching out to support it was all clear and easy. They patiently explained me all the steps and helped setting it up.

Took me a week to update the board and customize it on my own and I am absolutely in love with those templates.

P.S. I advice to reach out to them through messenger/instagram in case of any troubles.

Unfinished & disappointing - finding myself having to correct mistakes and half the items aren't even described well. Can't even get the naming of items consistent. No care at all, just a money grab.

Scam, i paid for nothing and never been reimbursed

Unfortunately I should have consulted this site before starting... Fake from A to Z. Huge scam. Customer service does not respond, the return policy is absolutely not respected. The template is not up to date. The Twitter and Trust Pilot reviews on the site are entirely false and non-existent. I will do everything to bring down this charade with the competent authorities.

The whole thing is a scam! The website is fake and the templates are overpriced copies of the existing free ones.
the company claims its TrustPilot rating is 4.8 starts with hundreds of positive reviews. as you can see, there is absolutely nothing here on trustpilot apart from this review. mind you, they are trying to sell Notion planner templates for 70-129 dollars!!

Moreover, there's a glaring inconsistency in their return policy. On the homepage, they advertise a 14-day return policy, which initially gave me a sense of security in case the product did not meet my expectations. However, upon digging deeper into their return policy page, it's clear that they do not offer refunds. This deceptive information is not only misleading but also a clear indication of their disinterest in ensuring customer satisfaction.

I feel deceived and would caution others before engaging with this platform. The misleading information on both their review count and return policy is a red flag for any potential customer.
