This is false advertising! They Also said free shipping if you spent over 39.99 dollars which I did, they charge me $30. They also said 180 day moneyback guarantee which was false. They are making me pay to ship it back.
Please don’t buy anything from this company. They suck. I gave them one star because there wasn’t any minus stars. It would be -100. The product they advertised was beautiful. The product I received was nothing but junk could’ve bought it at the dollar store for a $1.

This is absolutely the worst artificial fern that you charged $20 for I can get them just like what you sent at the dollar store for $1.25. I bought two of them in April and it cost me $42 and change and I didn't get them until two days ago, which was June 19. I waited and waited for them to come and they are absolutely horrible. I cannot believe that you put beautiful pictures in your ad and then have the nerve to send something like this. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself and your company. I would not ever order anything from your company again based on what you just sent me. I am absolutely horrified at the difference between what I got and what was advertised. I had to give you a one because it would not allow me to do a negative number which would've been at least -25 on the product. You should be very embarrassed, and I will show these to anybody and everybody That I know and tell them not to order anything from your company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! First of all…they are not in the US! This is the biggest bait and switch scam of all times! I ordered 2 ferns that look nothing like the website shows in their video! Extremely misleading!!! They even show in the video a person taking a huge gorgeous fern out of a large box. I ordered 2 because I thought they were so gorgeous….wrong!!! These 2 ferns are the size of a flat 18” leaf from a fern with a plastic stalk at the end. I want to return, but was given 2 options: 1) accept a 30% refund and keep what they sent, or 2) return the product at my expense to China for a full refund after THEY receive it. Was told return postage could cost $20 or more. On another note, my invoice stated 2 ferns were $42.95, but they charged my PayPal account $55.83. When I questioned them about it, they said it was an overcharge and offered to refund me the difference. I declined it because it would have closed my dispute case. To add insult to injury, they only want to refund me $12.88 which is 30% of the invoice total and not the $55.83 they charged me. I filed a claim with PayPal, but because they delivered “something”, they said the issue was resolved and closed my case. I honestly don’t know how they are getting away with this. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I placed an order with plantnest, only to realize the order had my old address. I tried several ways to contact them right away to no avail. I have received neither my order or a refund.
This is a scam company.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Such false advertising. I was charged more than the advertised amount and was told I would receive refund for the overcharge but that hasn’t happened. Product such poor quality. Took over a month to receive. Tried to cancel before ferns were shipped, however, they waited to respond until after items were shipped.

Similar to other reviews, the fren I received as grossly misrepresented on the order site. I could have gotten the same thing for $5 at Walmart but instead I waited weeks for get an inferior product for $28. Additionally their return policy is sketchy. I’m waiting on a reply but don’t expect I’ll get a refund unless I challenge the charge on my card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The Boston fern product that I ordered was misrepresented. The pictures they show of the product are deceptive. They don't tell you that you need 25-30 stems to look like the ferns in the images they present. I ordered three at 19.95 each. I got three stems, not three plants. Don't be misled by any of their ads. These are Chinese products, even though they say they are U.S.-based. It is impossible to return any item you are unhappy with. It will cost you hundreds of dollars to return the item to China, not the US. They have a fake return address on your shipping label. I have filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund.

I just received my Boston fern and I desperately wish I would have seen these reviews first, my fern looks as tho I bought a pick of fern leaves, if it wasn't so funny I would cry. I was a costly cry tho. I always check websites of reviews the one time I don't I get screwed. if I could give it a zero I would.

Totally misleading ads online for their products. Paid for expedited shipping and received my "Artificial Ferns" (and that's no joke as to the artificial aspect of this product) 3 weeks after order was placed. This was a $40 purchase but it looked like a $4 item. Waiting to get return label information and, I fear, I'm going to eat this sale/return. Don't order or buy from this company, there are better businesses out there.

I ordered and didn’t like not as pictured. Want to send back but their help/service etc does not work. You can’t get a return or help.

Just received my two Boston ferns after waiting 3 weeks to receive product. It was shipped from China, through US customs in Chicago, trucked to distribution center in Atlanta, GA, trucked back to Indianapolis for USPS pick up back to Chicago to be delivered to my Chicago suburb home. I am a professional floral designer and just laughed in final disbelief at how cheap and awful this product is. Lowest quality silk floral product I have ever touched. And it smells! Even their discounted price is a rip off. Two Boston ferns put together don't even approximate 1/4 of the size of the plant shown in their promotion. Don't waste your time, expectations or money. Lesson learned.

I was to receive a UV resistant artificial Boston Fern. I paid $22.97 for a one sliver fond. Yes, I received only one leaf of a fern. This should not be allowed. My order is KPAB4612. A complete rip off!!!!!

Ordered 4/29/25. Said on 5/4 on the way. Supposed to be from Texas. Not true. Said to track on SHOP. Nothing there. A big scam

I ordered the Boston Fern. It was the cheapest thing I think I have ever ordered online. They advertise made in the US, not true. I tracked my order and it came from Singapore. I can’t even describe how bad this plant was!

Not a real company rip off finally did get my order it stunk so bad I couldn’t even touch it. Besides the fact it was apieceof s**t wouldn’t even fill a small vase and was plastic!!
Went right into the garbage where this company needs to go!!
