The website is clear and easy to use. Didn't realise they were on holiday when I ordered but they sent the order out as soon as they were back 👌. Only issue that there was some damage to the plants when I took then out a few leaves fell off. Other than that, good service. ☺️

If I could give more than five stars, I would. The 10 baby plants I ordered were in fantastic condition, and some were larger/healthier than other stores and were a lower price too! They were shipped within a reasonable time and packaged so carefully. I absolutely love every single plant I purchased, and will 100% be buying more in future! I did not require any customer service, but based on how well the plants have been packaged (so carefully, definitely someone who loves their job) I would assume they are super genuine and willing to help with any issues with an order should one arise!

I’ve been ordering plants from here for a while now and it’s the only plant shop I will get from. Plants are alway immaculate and packaging is obviously something they take care in doing as I’ve never had any problems and everything is always safe. Thanks to the staff here for such great service. I have ordered a few times and each plant arrives in the best condition because of how meticulous the packaging is. The stickers outside on each side clearly indicates it is live plants and which way is up, and rha packaging inside ensures not a leaf will move during transit.

Customer service is also very personal, fast and superb. I can't fault them and onky wish the nest for this independent seller!

I loved visiting the shop. And the website is easy to navigate & clear to use.

I purchased a philodendron melanochrysum and a philodendron splendid during a 20% off sale and they were also offering free postage. I’ve been looking at both these plants for quite a while now and when I saw the prices I jumped at the chance. Not only were they a great price, they were also huge! There was a small amount of leaf damage on both plants which is to be expected due to the sheer size of them, however they were absolutely stunning! 2 plants off my wish list for a great price, well packaged, arrived very quickly and I can’t stop staring at them. I highly recommend A Plant Prescription and I will definitely be using them again! I only wish I’d had enough cash to buy the alocasia Jacklyn too 😊🤣
