Excellent service & superb quality of plant.

I rarely bother with reviews, but Plants Galore are worth a shout. Ordering was easy and prices sensible. Minor issue resolved by them making a phone call to say if I wanted to substitute or wait a week or so for the ordered product, I was happy to wait and all three items arrived in one go and in good and viable condition; the Cornus was bigger than anticipated - so all good, thanks.

For the packaging and the plant itself I would give 5 stars,however the total lack of any communication I leave 1 star. My order was not acknowledged after 10 days I phoned and was told you will get it tomorrow,which did happen.

Today I visited Plants Galore in Martock, Somerset, for first time. I asked if there was anyone available who could help me push the trolley and pick out plants for me. Chris was assigned to help me and I can only praise him for his knowledge, help and patience. I needed mixed types of plants for my garden and he took me to the relevant areas. I can only thank him and Plants Galore for their willingness to help me. All my plants and compost were carefully loaded into my car. I am a very happy customer

I ordered 3 camellia plants, they arrived well packaged but the best thing was they were large healthy plants. They exceeded my expectations aswell as being very well priced .

This is now my first stop when buying plants online. I've ordered around a dozen shrubs and perennials so far and each plant has arrived well packaged, in very good condition and looking healthy. When an item was out of stock, they got in touch quickly to arrange a replacement.

I've had bad experiences from a few well known retailers, so it's a relief to find a company that's reliable and reasonably priced with a great selection. I've got no hesitation in recommending them.

Heard nothing for a week after ordering, chased and then the plants were dispatched. Wrong plants. This was rectified after complaining and the incorrect plants were collected and replaced but in they were small for the price and not the best quality. I'll try another supplier next time

The plants were very good quality and well priced.

The pots were beautifully planted very fresh & pretty. The dicentra spectabilis came into flower days after being placed in a sunny spot by the front door. I’ve made another order and can’t wait for it to come.

I was worried as I missed the delivery on the Friday so didn't receive it til the Monday and I was picturing the plant being half dead but I needn't have worried as tge plant I bought was beautifully packaged and in fantastic condition!
