Planyourexhibition Reviews

We were not able to find a hotel in Cannes for MIPIC 23 and thanks to Kristy we did it. She provide to us very nice options ans so close to the Palais. Fully recomended!!

Lovely little apartment for 1 or 2 people. Close to restaurants. 5 minutes to the beach. 10 to the conference centre. Good value too!

The operators of Plan Your Exibition are very helpful and professional (Kristy number one!)
They proposed us several flats according to our budget.
The flat we chose was comfortable, clean and quite close to the Palais.
The owner was a very nice person.
We will surely rely on Plan Your Exibition to find accommodation for the next Mipim!

All went well. The apartment remains nice and both the entrance and exit are even better under this new regime where the key is held downstairs.

We have booked the apartment during the MIPIM via Kristy for the past 4-5 years and it always went well. You can reach her at any time if you need help. Definitely recommended!

The service by Kristy and here team was great. Communication went very smooth and also extra work was no issue. The appartement was spacious with three bedrooms, of which two with their own Shower. The bed was quite firm and the extra / side beds pretty small, especially for the large Dutch. To palace was 10 minutes out with a nice walk by the beach. Some nice places for breakfast along the way, so we were happy with that. All and all a good experience!

Booking and service prior to arrival was quick and helpful. Airport pick-up worked well both ways. Meeting upon arrival gave no reasons for complaint + the apartment was in good condition. The location is great.

The location is excellent. A quiet place not very far from Palais des Festivals. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Kristy was incredibly fast with her responses. It was like talking to a friend! Will certainly use your services again.

Very good location, hosts are helpful and open to cooperate.
Apartment is clean, fully equipped.
Will come next Year!

I was traveling with my colleagues for an Event. The apartment was nice and clean. Quick and easy coordination, and very helpful, especially for last minute changes. We would definitely come back.

All good. A perfect score would require the availability of a driver upon arrival.

Everything went well with my stay in Cannes during MIPIM. Thanks a lot Kristy for all the effort finding accommodation. It was worthy and I’ll ask for your services again next year.

I came with my colleagues for the Cannes Film Festival, I had a great time, great accommodation.
Great services from the employees, I will def use them again for next year's film festival. SPECIAL THANKS TO KRISTY.

Kristy was extremely helpful and very prompt at replying to messages. The accommodation was excellent, both spacious and well-appointed for central Cannes. Had all that one would require for a business or recreational stay. The airport pickup was also much appreciated and ensured that we could find our location first time.

Great experience!
Kristy was super easy to work with and always incredibly quick to respond. My company was thrilled with the apt.

I had last minute clients to the Cannes Lion Festival, leaving from LAX and New York, and could get no accommodation on my own. Kristy Castillo at Plan Your Exhibition was a god-send! Not only did she work with me to give my clients options, she was always available when I needed her, and extremely understanding of last minute changes. She has the patience of a saint!

Thank you so much Kristy - you were fantastic to work with, and I am very, very grateful!

I booked several rooms for the Cannes film festival and Kristy provided me all the services necessary in order to make my reservations completed. Quick and easy coordination, and very helpful especially for last minute changes. We would definitely use the service again when needed. Recommended

Extremely great! It was a very comfortable stay.

Every year we have found it difficult to organise accommodation for MIPIM as it is such a big event and accommodation gets booked up fast. Planyourexhibition made our lives so much easier and everything we asked for was provided. Kristy Castillo was especially helpful and walked us through the entire process and ensured our employees were well looked after.

Will definitely be in contact next year for our requirements.

Many thanks to the team.

Everything went according to plan from pick up at the airport to the return. An excellent experience, thank you very much and we will book with you next year, if not before!
