I asked them to stop emailing after multiple emails following a quote months ago and this was their reply. I have had to censor to post.

"You filled a form for a quote that’s why you have had a email.
If you didn’t want a limo then why the (f word) fill the form out."

Absolute disaster. Do not use. We used them for a wedding I told the driver I could smell burning and he said so can I and did nothing. Driver was erratic and kept taking wrong turns. But worse was to come on the way back the car was full of young girls the car started smoking on the motorway and they were left stranded in the dark luckily one of the guests saw and picked the girls up. It was horrendous. Asked for a refund and was offered 50 pounds !!! Ridiculous

Platinum Limousines Company was amazing the driver was very patient with with kids and his friends as they had the amazing experience Limousines for his birthday also give the driver some tips as he was able to handle all the kids wasn’t thanks so much and I will be booking my next ride soon safe

Lots of issues on our special wedding day, totally fobbed off by the company when we complained...nothing addressed really, we don't want 10% off the next trip, hopefully you only get married once, I want to mention that Kevin was polite and helpful on the first step of enquiry no issues with him.

We used this company for our wedding,we had several complaints regarding our hire which were brushed of and they said it was nothing to do with them,that they were just a third party company.
The driver wasnt very pleasant,just seemed like he wasn't interested.
Obviously you don't know what your going to get until it turns up,then you have to deal with it and make the most of it.

Booked a limo to York races. On the way there the driver couldn’t have been nicer. Unfortunately the return driver with the minibus was dreadful, impolite and in such a rush it felt uncomfortable and speeding…. We asked him to turn the music up and he replied ( you need to chill out ) turning the music down afterwards. We asked the driver to stop before our destination to drop us off which he refused. Do not use this company they take your money give you 5 star on the way to your destination and a 1 star on the way back. AVOID !!!!!

Sent the wrong colour limo, didn’t ring to let me know as I would have cancelled. I wasn’t at home to watch the groomsmen to get in so when it turned up as I was shocked and refused to have any pictures taken as it was cheap and tacky. I hate silver limos. A white one was ordered. I feel the excuse they made afterwards isn’t acceptable and tbh they’ve just tried to fob me off.

Great service. They were very patient with us with so many frequent changes. Driver was punctual and very caring and polite and I am sure that bunch of noisy teens is not an easy customer type.
Limo was very luxurious and was already provided with alcohol free champagne. Kids had great fun with lots of disco lights and music. Great service and we definitely be back in the future.

We hired two 8 seater limousines for my granddaughter and her friends to get to their year 6 prom and SAF AND MOBEEN the drivers of the limos was absolutely fantastic with the kids, allowing them To play there music as loud as they liked, they were both very nice friendly gentlemen to speak to before they went and dropping them off. I will definitely be using this company again for my 2 grandson's proms.

Lovely driver , lovely baby Bentley took my mum and dad out for an hour before a meal as there renewing there wedding vows ( 50 years 🤗) easy to contact, on time ,very special evening for me and my family thank you platinum limos

Booked for a one way trip for a wedding, 1 hour slot. Max was great and kept me informed of arrival time and said not to rush when he arrived early. Fantastic service from booking to drop off. Cheaper than other companies too!

We hired the 8 seater Hummer limo for a stag and it was a brilliant experience. Especially the driver Dan (Danielle). She was amazing start to finish really accommodating and was great/easy to talk too. Will definitely be going back there.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS! These reviews nearly put me off this company and I am so glad I went with my gut! We booked the baby Bentley limo to take us and pick us up from Heathrow airport for our wedding two years ago. It had to be rearranged due to covid. Even though we rearranged it we only had to pay the normal yearly inflation fee even though the fuel had gone up so much. On the day the driver called me to see what time he was to arrive as this was a surprise for my partner. He turned up impeccably dressed with a massive smile on his face and the limo was beautiful. It was a drama free ride to Heathrow. On the return journey, we received a text to give us the driver’s mobile number when we landed and the driver waited for us with no extra charge as the police came on board our aircraft. Again our driver was impeccably dressed, big smile. Unfortunately there had been a big accident on the way home and a two hour journey turned into 6! The driver even stopped off for us to get food on the way back even though when he had dropped us off he had a long journey home himself! I can’t recommend this company enough

DO NOT USE - CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING BECAUSE THEY HAD DOUBLE BOOKED!!!!

The bride and bridal party had to find alternatives to get to the wedding venue causing HUGE stress on the MORNING of the wedding due to them deciding to book somebody in at the time we needed them!! SHOCKING

I booked my limousine through Platinum and It was spot on from start to finish.

Timely service in a very nice and tidy vehicle. The driver really looked after my daughter and her friend on their prom

Further to my earlier (good!) review on this company’s Facebook page I was a repeat customer and booked with this firm for my daughters year 11 prom- so 5 years on.

I was disappointed. The limo was shabby inside and the sound system did not work. The girls ( bear in mind they are 16!) were told to put a CD on. What 16 year old even has a CD (or knows what they are!!).. the sound system was not working and only played static. The driver was unable to resolve and suggested the girls just played music off their phones with no connection to the car’s sound system.

Really disappointing when this should have been part of the fun experience for a group of excited girls about to go to prom!

I have called twice to complain and each time feel I’ve been fobbed off.. initially I was told the driver was on holiday so I called back just now to repeat my complaint and see what the driver had reported. Apparently the sound system has worked at every other event.. that’s great but it didn’t work for mine and we paid so much money for a vehicle that wasn’t up to scratch!!!! I’ve now been told the manager is on holiday so they’ll get back to me.

I’ve told them not to bother & that I feel I am being fobbed off until I go away.

I simply now advise caution booking with this firm as ours was a disappointing experience!
