This company is the G. O. A. T of all peptide companies. Customer service is top tier. I have to give a special thanks and shout out to Zack. My first order EVER with this company was most likely stolen off of my front porch before I got home from running errands. He helped me file a claim with Route, and IMMEDIATELY started a replacement order for me. I've never experienced customer service that goes above and beyond like that. RUNNN TO THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE PHENOMENAL!!

Ive ordered the glow and it helped my elbows so much I had bad tennis elbow and golfer elbow from working out. Its helped soo much I had to order more. Recommend platinum lion for sure!!

Can't review with a higher score. Had issues with payment processing. An issue that wasnt due to Platinum Lion. Issue was due to other factors. Ifnya know ya know. This man and his team got on the issue quick and came up with a very suitable solution. The product I ordered was recieved the very next day perfectly safe and intact. Can't recommend these more. Im very satisfied with my experience and will be coming back when I need more.

Great products, Great Service, Fast shipping. Zach absolutely cares about his clients research and does this with honesty and integrity. What I like most if an issue arises whether that be shipping or payment he is always on top of it and making it right for his clients. I would recommend this company for research peptides.

Upon ordering, I received an alert from my credit card company. The alert stated that this was a suspicious website. I contacted Platinum within an hour of the alert and requested a refund. The following day I received an email from Platinum assuring me that they would refund my money. The following day I received another email stated that my order had shipped. I emailed them again but have had no response. I'm left with no choice but to dispute the charged=s on my credit card. The order was shipped, but not received. As for the refund, I contacted my credit card and they have no records of a refund.

My revue is clear and doesn't require any further explanation. I canceled my order less than one hour after it was placed and asked for a refund. I did not ask for the order to be shipped. I can't make it anymore clear.
