Limited account after deposit

Made a deposit, and before placing any bets my account was limited. Had to make over 200 bets to wager the amount. Would not recommend this site at all.

OK site, until you try to withdraw your winnings

I have been a customer of this site since the start, but recently they withdraw time has gone up double or triple the time it used to be.

On this site you can cancel your withdraws, because they are not sent out in the first 24-48h, and they use this trick on players hoping that they'd log back in to cancel it and lose it all. You cannot disable this "feature".

Be cautious, these kinda bookies usually find a way to scam you if you eventually hit big.

Wrong result

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in Boabet.

I placed a bet on Juventus Over 7.5 shots on target (regular time) in the Juventus vs Galatasaray match. All major statistical providers – including Opta and other widely recognized platforms – recorded 8 shots on target in regular time. During the match, Boabet’s own platform also clearly displayed 8 shots on target.

Despite this, the bet was settled as a loss, claiming Juventus had only 7 shots on target.

When every major stats provider shows 8, and even your own live platform showed 8, but the bet is graded as 7 without transparent documentation, it raises serious concerns about consistency and fairness.

Other bookmakers settled the same market as a win.

After 10 years as a customer, I expected better transparency and accountability. Instead, I am left feeling misled and disappointed.

Unless this is properly clarified with official documentation of the exact data source used for settlement, Boabet has lost a long-term customer. Delete my account please as I will be going over to other platforms where they actually don't rob their own customers.

Very disappointing.

Boabet did not let me withdraw my money

Trying to withdraw my money. Boabet tells me to use bank id app and I did so. After that they tell me that need more info about me. Just nonsens, since bank id comes from the bank I use. So much work to find all documents. When I did upload the documents I get this message. We are improving our casino. We are down for maintenance. That is not true because I could still bet. The company is a scam. Only withdrawing is shut down.

Title: Boabet refuses to pay my withdrawal – weeks of false promises

Review:
My name is Miklós György Bozik requested a withdrawal of 84,375 HUF from Boabet several weeks ago. Despite repeated assurances, my money has still not been received.

Boabet continues to give false assurances, claiming the funds were sent, while my bank confirms no transaction has occurred. Live chat responses are generic, and no real action has been taken.

I have already reported this matter to AskGamblers and Curaçao eGaming, but the issue remains unresolved.

I now demand that Boabet process my withdrawal within 7 days, or I will escalate this matter publicly and legally. This includes further complaints to Curaçao eGaming and full exposure of their misleading practices.

This delay and dishonesty are completely unacceptable for all players.

Ren svindel

Ren svindel. Cashet ut en kupong, men nå én time senere, har jeg fortsatt ikke mottatt mine penger, selv om cashouten står som vellykket.

Dette er en av mange problemer jeg har hatt med Boabet. De er også ekstremt treige med å avgjøre spill i kamper og å betale ut gevinster.

Anbefaler overhodet ikke BoaBet. Råder alle til å styre unna disse tyvene.

Non-customer friendly attitude

I initially thought that Boabet is generally a good betting office, providing quick payouts, nice range of sportsbook events to bet on, a wide range of games - and frequent promotions for both. However unfortunately without a customer friendly/retaining attitude. At ALL. For example the Complaints Team (not the Support, but the Complaints Team responsible for reviewing customer complaints) did not respond to a complaint I sent 4 (!!!) weeks ago, which shows the approach unfortunately.
It's really a shame, because the "platform" is good, but the Support and attitude towards customers is horrible. EDIT: Based on their ridiculous answer to my complaint after 4+ weeks, I modified the feedback to 1-star. Again, ZERO customer friendly approach, ZERO customer retaining attitude. It's a shame, as Unibet (before them) had a completely different attitude.

From a giant, to a venomus Boa

This site is super slow with withdrawls.
Also insane that there is not a 24/7 help service.
Unibet used to be a great site, but after they changed owners its become horrible.
Straight up lost 60€ cause of a faulty transaction as well. Have to send them endless of papers to get it back, hopefully Revolut will solve it.

Play on better sites, that are trustworthy like Coolbet

They have now blocked my account after this review as well.
