Terrible support, expensive service and slow connection. There're better alternative out there, don't waste time and money on geforcenow.

I started out with GFN 2 years ago and was happy with free and paid "performance" tier they provided back then. Now, the worst choice to implement the 100 hour limit, which is not a problem for me, because i rarely pass the 100h mark, I'm more displeased with the unclear tier description.
Leaving a bad review because the service in general and rig choice has gotten worse. Tried the new "performance" plan after playing for some months in "free" tier as i changed monitors to a ultra wide one with max resolution 3440x1440. In performance tier there is written that there is a support for 1440p resolution and ultra wide, so i took that, but after subscribing i immediately noticed that the max resolution for ultra wide being only 2560 x 1080, which is absurd, clearly not as described and the rig is a switch from RTX3050 (free tier) to RTX3060 (performance) that is laughable. 2 years back for performance tier i could get a RTX2080 most of the time which could easily handle any game at the time @1080p max settings, but now on @1440p on RTX3060 is a no-go, barely can have 60fps on high setting. In short, there is no real benefit to pay 11 euros for "performance" imo. I'm giving 2* instead of 1* because NVIDIA support made an exception and refunded me. Only real choice is Ultimate tier, but given the price to 100h ratio limit and the small game selection, i pass. Boosteroid is the way to go now.

Una estafa completa, al comprar la version ultimate o la otra no eres avisado de que el tiempo de juego se limita en 100 horas, pero eso si te anuncian que puedes jugar a todos los juegos "buenos" y te hacen pagar como 6 o 8 euros por 15 putas horas de juego, es mucho mejor ShadowPC sin limite de tiempo, sin restricciones de juego.

games that i have in epic games store most of the time are removed from nvidia geforce now, and any free game that epic games store gives , nvidia removes it from their list...

even old games cant understand , plus 100HOURs for sometimes a sh***ty session sometimes even waiting 30min or more to join a server... plus now the LIMITE ON HOURS i can play WTF

I have a paid subscription of 10.99 a month, but luckily i got it on a discount. The service is horrible, my game (Cities skylines 2) crashes all the time and suddenly there are waiting queues of over 200 and when youve been in the queue for over an hour your game just crashes instantly and you can re-enter the queue. Terrible experience, don't recommend getting it if its not on a good discount.

App is great BUT just wish your game not get maintence if maintence appear can take 3-4 days so a game like mine ( throne and liberty) that making every week update you will pay the geforce now sub for 1 month and you will be able to play the half

friday 7/12 maintence 7 hours , saturday again maintence so we must loose our job to play on monday because they are trollers

Poor customer service. GFN was down and they don't even credit.

Service is often unrreliable due to updates taking hours or even days to process, some games break after updates and takes days or weeks to fix.

I payed but they are still making me wait for a rig,
disconnected me from a game a few hours in although i have 6 hours session on my subscription. Lost all the progress and wasted allot of my time

Geforce Now is a joke. Launch the app. Login. launch a Diablo 4 game. Log into that after looking up another password (every time, can't remember who I am for some reason). click-wait, click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,then you can't skip the game videos. Literally sitting here for ten minutes trying to get to gameplay. Kill the app. Start over. click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,click-wait,....forever. Know what? I'm not in the mood to play anymore. Nobody has enough time to play on this crappy platform. Enjoy that $60 bucks NVidea. You'd better stretch it out.

Very poor customer service. Expected better from Nvidia.

I couldn't access Xbox games for over a month due to a syncing issue.

I'm now losing hours of game progress when the service randomly disconnects.

The tech support is useless offering no real solutions to these issues.

Nvidia do good graphic card, at this I have nothing to say bad. But the service geforcenow is a shame, it is very very bad. I had so many bugs, even with a paid accound I had to wait to use play. And when you try to log in to see your account and stop renewal, bug bug bug.

Nvidia should fire all the geforce now team, and take an another one, cause there is too much problem.

Have to verify security every time i login, no option to stop it so having to verify dozens of emails a week, contacted customer service, told tough luck and chat ended. Poor product, terrible customer service

If you like paying to wait in a queue to play games you already own, this service is for you. Otherwise, I'd avoid.

After playing the free version for some time, I decided to upgrade to Priority. I shouldn't have done that, the moment i upgraded I got problems connecting to my game. I got logged in and get kicked out after a few seconds and this happens every day all the time. I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't because of the long queue you get placed in to play the game again, which is strange because they say you get priority log in when you buy a subscription.. Don't waste your money like I did.

Doesn't work. Tried to sync my accounts but doesn't full connect to them. Can't access games on Steam and needs performance issues addressing. Not reliable. And made my gaming accounts public as instructed but still nothing.

In the beginning when it came out it was bad unstable but over time these past couple of years it has improved alot becoming more stable. But it also shall be mentioned that it is not always ones own connection that is the problem sometimes it is from the servers end The problem is. But good stable platform for fast paced shooters works good even on my 5G phone tethering on my Chromebook laptop
