Would not recommend for the amount of money they charge you.
Paid 99$. Short phrases often don't work well and often there are some weird breathing sounds being added. I wish I could've gotten a refund. I gave up on this since it also constantly displays an error and I have to reload the page.

I had an issue with trying to upgrade from within the platform and reach out to customer service. They were very prompted and efficient in getting the issue resolved.

Product was well developed and easy to use. Only downside was the character limitation for pricing. But apart from that, really great product.

2 things to work on:
1. pronunciation option where a user can feed in pronounciation of words they need
2. sometimes it shows error while recording and downloading

They are absolutely great. I love their services and their customer service. I highly recommend them.

I had high hopes of this service based on the reviews I had read --possibly these were paid/sponsored, because my experience was quite different... Audio generation was *very* slow, and the promised options to change the generated audio (e.g., using IPA) were not present AFAICT. Therefore, I contacted the company within 24 hours as per their T&C to request a refund, having "used" only a small number of characters (if you use too many, the T&C state that they will *not* issue a refund; same if you do not request the refund within 24 hours). Unfortunately, I have not received my refund so far. Worse, I have not received a single *reply*, despite the fact that I have sent them several reminders already. Yesterday, it *briefly* looked like someone had responded, but that turned out to be just an autoreply. If I can "save" even a single prospective buyer by writing this review, my time will have been spent well: AVOID this "company" at all cost, you will have wasted your money, end up with a terrible / unusable product, and the chances of your getting a refund are slim. (I will have to contact my bank about that now and see how that goes; also, since they are breaking Dutch law, I consider filing criminal charges against them, but unless they intend to travel abroad, they may not care very much...)

I accidentally chose the Creator Plan and got great customer service to help me switch to the Unlimited Plan, on top of the high quality of the voices which make the service worthwhile!

I asked for that month's money back because I hadn't used it, and they gave it back to me without any problems. Grateful

the website not working properly most of the time it won't generate . It will stuck and keep loading and loading and nothing happens. there is no contact for support
