Extremely harmful for young people's mental health
This is extremely harmful for mental health. I am in secondary school now and realise how bad this. I used to be angry when I would get even the tiniest bit slower and it confuses me now that they put titles like 'Wannabe' and 'Support Act' at like 5 seconds or higher like the national requirement is like 6 seconds, so why arent the titles like legend and hero aligned with the requirement? legend should be like 5 seconds and hero 3-4 seconds because after that it just becomes a test of how fast you could type. I could not imagine how much worse it would be for people with medical conditions that could potentially make them angry just because they didnt get under 1.5 seconds per question. Tbh if anything they should just remove the titles and align it with government requirement for 6 seconds it shouldnt be all competitive and distressing and this game is literally designed to be addictive. I think the only mode should be jammin because that isnt so involved with speed and then there should be some different mode where they test if you can answer within 6 seconds. There shouldnt be worldwide or like national competitions because it would just pressure kids into getting lower than 2 seconds. You should be reflected overall by speed or if youre the highest or not, but if you actually know the answer and if you can actually answer within the national requirement if you want to. This is a website that needs huge improvements in the way it is designed. And on top of that, my younger sister was told to do it for 10 minutes a day by teachers. This is totally messed and whatever you do do not get any pupils , especially primary school kids involved with this.
