Playa eBikes Reviews

I got the eco bike this year, the bike is extremely comfortable, I had another e-bike the previous years, more powerful and it was sooo hard on the bumpy streets of the city or on the playa bumps that it was killing my back and neck, but this bike was so so so soft to ride
And the battery was pretty ok, with a little organization to charge as soon as not using it I could ride all week without any issue
So I clearly recommend
Also the pick up was so easy and the team really nice and cool 🤍
Thank you !

Working with Playa bikes was easy and awesome! No hiccups~ honest and fair dealings. Superb people!

the electric bike worked exactly for 5 hours, and then stop working

The bike completely broke. The first ride I took the chain was too tight and kept popping off every 30 seconds. I had the chain loosened and it then was popping off every 5 minutes or so. Shortly after this the key to the ignition broke off and the power to the moter was not available. I tried to return the bike and was met with rufusal to refund my money. I am very unsatisfied with the product and customer service to resolve the bike failure and refund my purchase as I was not able to use the bike as I had planned.

The bike was riding super well.
Absolutely loved it!

I just had to find another locker because the one provided was really heavy and unpractical.
Same for lights, they should have batteries that lasts at least a week.

Overall it was a positive experience.

I hope that the document with the information is updated and my card is associated to the bike I’ve used (19), I’ve returned it clean (even though there was a huge duststorm right after that), with its brand new locker, battery charger, basket.

Horrible experience! Ruined our burn! The bike is a really bad quality and was assembled bad! In the middle of the street! My wife had a huge accident of the first ride at the playa and got injured! We rented 3 bikes and all of them we had major problems! Never again with this company

Playa Ebikes made it soo soo easy to reserve a bike and had such flexible pick up times that allowed us to stay on schedule to get to the playa!!!! Gave us great instructions when we picked up the bikes. I had a couple of questions and they were quick and friendly when responding! Outstanding service and a great company - I would definitely recommend them!!!

The best part was the pickup location. On the way to the burn!

The playa e-bike are very responsive for any questions and price is good compared to other options. Ari gives great service. And they are Burners too! )’(

It's nice to see a group of Burners trying to do right by the Burner community. They are offering quality eBikes at an affordable price for both purchase and rental.
I spoke with Ari, the owner. He's a long time Burner, was really helpful, and even gave me a referral code that brought the price down further.
I'm really excited to have a brand new eBike for my burn, because...well...late nights...

This company is new, although the owner has been operating an ebike business for a few years now.

The website looked a bit suspicious at first, but after having a videocall with the owner, I can verify that this is an actual business.

The prices are for their ebikes are very nice as well.
