Absolutely the worst site ever! Play Big Bass Splash on other sites, the RTP is dreadful, complete scam DO NOT USE!

First of all the positives:

I truly enjoy the several promotions on the website, it is such a fun feature for customers. You upgrade to different gems based on game play. Which then comes with more deposit offers.

Eddy who I have had the pleasure of communicating with, is fantastic he is always willing to help, or explain how promotions work, and to answer any questions you have about the website.

The downside unfortunately is the games. I only have two sites, I am new to gambling. I signed up here first as seen it advertised on a specific website. I then signed up to another site, and the difference in the RTP% and payout is extraordinary. I compared the same games.

The site here can easily take £30 on 20p-40p spins within 3-4 minutes without a single win.(I tested probably 17 of their slots , on my short time here. Not one slot bonus, on any game from £25-£50 deposits at a time. So just bare that in mind when depositing. But if you’re looking for lots of promotion options, and deposit offers this could be a good shout.

I provided my feedback to Eddy, and told him I think you need to check that your games are working randomly and correctly. And that still absolutely stands.

Unfortunately my account is now closed, never saying never to a return but unlikely to. However best of luck with the website.

Great site fast withdrawal and great select of games

Withdrawals take way too long. Site itself is ok. After making deposits via a NatWest card I was informed you can’t withdraw to NatWest, this really should have been highlighted before you pay with NatWest. So gave bank transfer details and was done in about a day and a half. Then made another withdrawal which over 24hours later is still showing as pending. Contacted support and got a rather abrupt rude reply saying “as we told you yesterday blah blah”. They also said it’s been processed now but it hasn’t it’s still pending so I’m very sceptical….No other casino keeps a withdrawal pending over 27 hours. Il happily change the star rating if it’s processed today but any longer is just unreasonable.

Ive tried a dozen casinos in UK and this one is on the better end. The UI feels smooth, easy to.navigate, offers and rewards.clear and not hidden.
Had 2 go's 10gbp each and both landed in profit. (+ Some more from offers and rewards) I think rng is right here. Also the customer support responded within minutes and helped me with a deposit bonus that was lost.
They also got fair rewards and loyalty system.
Like 2/3 of other online casinos are far worse than this one.
The only downside is the cheap, childish style games. We want shiny, flashy, premium stuff!
But i will be visiting this site weekly, if not daily, for sure.

Pmsl, these new pop up sites, you total rip off scammers. for 50 free spins 30p. Like the other 1 star reviews say, AVOID. Seems all these gambling sites are just chuck your money down a drain. No need to reply, hopefully new gamblers will know. Oh and by the way, you can so see the scam reviews! So many of you doing it!

I had a question about the welcome bonus and wasn't really expecting much more than a standard reply.
Instead, the person I spoke with explained it clearly and answered the part I was actually confused about. Saved me a bit of time and frustration.
The rest of the experience has been straightforward as well. No complaints from me so far.

Poor returns, i only play all BigBass, usually maximim stake, today i put in 450, got 2 bonus rounds, low collectors for £3 and over stakes, i went £5.00 and no bonus at all, you can tell the games dont play right, thats my experience of Betty, honest review, ive left the site, this rigging is happening throughout the spin community

I was drawn in by the welcome bonus, I stuck around because it's actually one of the nicest casino platforms I've used. Withdrawals are instant and I feel more in control putting in a few quid here and there rather than having to meet the minimum wagers you get on other sites. Can't understand how this isn't the norm but glad that I've found Betty now!
