Bought the Trixie wooden play kitchen for my daughter. Excellent quality product and much nicer than I expected! Photos didn’t do the product justice. Very pleased, it was in the sale too! Bought from PlayFaire as couldn’t find it cheaper elsewhere and the website is user friendly and easy to navigate. PlayFaire will be my go to website for toys in the future.

I bought the connetix magnetic tiles in Few weeks before, but I found the quality of product arrived is not good. there were some scratches on the tiles, which are not acceptable.
I email playfaire twice to ask for help and refund or replace, but no any response until now. I am extremely disappointed for the customer service and not recommend.

I am a new customer, and I found that Playfaire.co.uk provides a great online experience. Their prices are very competitive, and the online order process was so easy. The Steiff Teddy bear, which I ordered for my nephew's birthday, was perfect, and arrived boxed, well packed, and protected. There was a slight problem with the delivery, which following a telephone call to the Company, was immediately addressed by George. It is refreshing to be able to actually speak to a member of staff in Customer Service, instead of having to deal with "Live chat" or "Email only enquiries". Playfaire is quite clearly Customer Focused, and based on my positive experience, this Company will be my first port of call in the future. Many thanks Playfaire for all your wonderful assistance.

Having placed an order on Friday evening I realised Saturday morning that I wished to order another item. I contacted customer services through live chat to enquire if I could possibly add this to my existing order to save on shipping costs. Helpful is not an adequate word for the assistance provided - they were simply amazing! I have had reason to deal with other companies customer service depts in the past, but have never dealt with any that could hold a candle to PlayFaire - they are OUTSTANDING. They will be my go to site for any future purchases!

The price of the item was good and my daughter really loves her Merrythought bunny. Delivered quickly given it being ordered at the start of the New Year’s bank holiday weekend.

I ordered a stuffed toy for my nephew as a Christmas present, after I was let down by another company cancelling my order. The toy arrived the next day and was very well packaged. The item itself was in perfect condition and I can’t wait to give it to my nephew.
