A+ for Moses at customer service for getting me a refund when it didn’t work out. It wasn’t a good fit for me but they handled it quickly.

Got placements right away within a day or so. They’ve kept trickling in for a few weeks now. Not bad.

I have been a member for 14 months now. Honestly it was kinda shit when I joined, but got better and better over time. The results were always there, but was a bit inconsistent, and the dashboard was horrible. But the new version is a whole different experience and it’s beautiful. The guys always take good care of me, thanks!

I've put over a hundred tracks through Amuse distribution which is a paid for service. All my lyrics are original and found this morning that all my tracks in progress or distributed have now been pulled.

This appear to be the work of Playlist.Agency who I have had no contact with

I only found their reference on my now defunct Spotify profile, saying that I was discovered using playlist.agency.amuse

This then would appear to be the issue.

Amuse have suspended/cancelled my account and refuse to refund my up-front paid for annual subscription through no fault of my own.

I will be pursuing this until I get a satisfactory outcome.

I get a spam message that their curator upproved my track (but i've never sent to them anything), and i should contact to them and pay money for promotion. Few days later they include my new release in ther shitty-playlist with tons of pop music (mine is completle different genre). Obviviosly some kind of scum, never use this service.

My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. In my personal case, the subscription model feels misleading. Even if you have already paid for a full month, the moment you cancel the renewal for the next month, you immediately lose features you supposedly still had access to. This is not how a subscription should work, and it left me with the clear impression that the system is designed to confuse rather than to help the customer.

Additionally, the performance and promised results never came close to what was advertised. The numbers I saw were nowhere near even a fraction of the expectations they set. It simply does not deliver.

Overall, the service did not meet my expectations in any way, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. I hope they review their practices and become more transparent with their users.

Fake streams and bot playlists. Do not use,

Streams went up but lost two tracks that were taken down due to bots. Not only lost money for 3 or 4 months of using their service also lost 2 tracks that can now not be uploaded again. STAY AWAY

You will get streams, but zero real engagement. Many of the streams i got were bots and subsequently removed. After the 7 day trial you are removed from all playlists which destroys any agorithmic traction you had.
I massively regret taking the 7 day trial. I would actually pay to go back and never use it!

I signed-up for a 1 week trial per the promo received. I was added the two playlist with tens of thousand of followers, yet none of the generated a single stream. I reached out for explanations and never heard back.
I saw that they charged me for a full month even if the trial was a over, so I instantly cancelled. Then I was notified that because I cancelled my subscription (valid for 1 month it seems) they’d remove my songs from the playlist, which doesn’t bother me since they generated no stream. But if you’re not going to honor the 1 week trial and change me the full month, you should keep the service going for one the full paid month…. HUGE scam. By the way Trustpilot is full of fake positive reviews for this site. Beware.

I never thought I'd say this, but my track actually made it to RapCaviar after 3 months on Platinum! Started with like 1.2k monthly listeners and now I'm over 20k.

Yo the Platinum tier is worth it if you can swing it. My listeners jumped from basically nothing to 7.5k in two months. People actually message me saying they found me on playlists.

I was so sick of never hearing back from playlist curators and burning 100’s on submissions. Now I can just sit back and let them do the work, love it

They use fake playlists full of bot streams, spotify blocked your profile and delete all that fake streams … DONT USE THIS PAGE, looks trustful but what they use isn’t

Started on Platinum right away for my pop project. Best decision ever! My latest single got picked up by 15+ playlists in 10 days after release and then landed on Spotify Release Radar.

Thought they were great until I missed a payment and suddenly all my streams disappeared. That means they use bots and this company is not legitimately doing anything for you. Bots don’t buy music or concert tickets. Does anyone run a legit Spotify growth company?

Playlist Agency is a SCAM

I tried out only the 7-day trial, so luckily I didn't waste money on a subscription. But even so, I wasted money, time and reputation since they randomly added on botted playlist with artificial streaming, got sanctioned by Spotify, risked to have my music taken down by my distributor.

I sent them an email about what happened, they apologize for "the poor experience" but they're playing with our work and reputation on the platforms.

I COMPLETELY DISCOURAGE YOU TO EVEN TRY THIS PLATFORM

I really needed something to gain an edge with Spotify and I think I found the holy grail of it. They have pitched (and succeeded) on a scale I didn't even think was possible. Very happy how things are going!

I was unfamiliar that pitching services such as this even existed. I found them by share accident but glad it went how it did and it has been a great experience for me.

Sent me a bait and switch SPAM email that I had been "accepted to their playlist" even though I never submitted to them.

They kept digging themselves in a hole lying further, when I gave them a chance to dig themselves out.
