Good casino for crypto users, should work on improving support time

Yesterday I wrote A 1 star review because I had been waiting over 48 hours for any kind of response from their support staff. I am changing this to three star today because they did respond after that review but I'm still waiting for my withdraw to happen and after being told that I was able to withdraw after passing their KYC it was rejected again. On the other hand their site runs very smooth without any delays or 404's. The layout is nice and easy to navigate but their support needs a lot more work. It claims 24/7 live support but its a ticket system and in 4 days I've had 1 response back. I would love to give a higher rating but they need to work on their customer support respond times.

Following the withdrawal request, my account was blocked during a review and the withdrawal was never processed. My 150 balance remains unpaid, and no clear explanation or decision regarding the funds has been provided.
