I was VERY disappointed with this company. I ordered a hockey jersey but the size was too small so I just wanted to exchange for a bigger size. In order to do that I would have to send it back to Vietnam which would cost me $43 in shipping fees and they would not have tracking information or insurance on that.
I asked if there was a place in the US where I could exchange and they said I had to send it to them in Vietnam. Needless to say I now have a hockey jersey that is too small and I’m out the money I spent on it.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

PLAYPLEXUS: Please be cautious. These people are online scammers. They try to take lots of random payments from your bank account. Please report to online fraud squad to stop this happening to others. I have. Also GDPR

I seen a product on FB for the new premier League champions shirt of Liverpool. And she said she'll order it as it was £2 so she ordered it. This was last month, when she ordered it. Obviously the shirt never arrived,, Yesterday £58 was taken from my partner's bank account. Who ever did this scam needs to be taught a lesson not to take advantage of people on low income.. so stay away from this site. It's 100% a SCAM

It's a SCAM!!!!

Just found a payment for £1.87 and £59.98 on our credit card, never heard of this company so don't even know how our card has been used. Neither me or my partner play online games. Clearly a scam.

I would give 0,00 to this unfair company/ person who manage the scam! In Facebook there was an advice to get a pram for £1.87. After few days they take £59.98.
Should be reported immediately.
I can’t imagine how many of us they take money.

There was a post on Facebook, from a discruntled employee, who said if you go to hunters the brand, wellingtons manufacturer you can get a free pair of Wellingtons,so I followed the link and won a pair and all I had to do was pay for the postage £1.87 so this is what I did, however I didn't realise I was taking out a subscription for Playplexus.net at 59.99 a month

I would give these people zero stars if possible. This is obviously how they make there money, offering to sending things for the price of postage, and there will be be people saying I’m stupid to fall for that. But there are 2 companies I have used in the past that have done exactly that, I won’t mention them on here because the reviews is not about the( by the way they’d both get 5 stars)
It was on the off chance I checked my online banking an saw that £1.87 had been paid to play Lexus, i didn’t remember that name ( I made the payment) i googled it and its a games site that is goin to charge £19.99a month (or about that) i try to cancel this but after putting in my registered email it says not recognised. Fortunately i was able to to block my debit card and will process have to get a new one
Not impressed and wonder if you know what a conscience is.

I was in Hospital having surgery on the day they took 1.87 from my account. Luckily Barclays flagged and put a hold on my account when they tried to take out £59. This is not something I was even physically capable of signing up for since I was sedated and under the knife on the day it was started!

State that there a monthly payment.if I new I would never have never done anything.

How do you unscribe,I've been caught, credit company has blocked my account until I've unscribe,I'm furious for being so stupid for falling to this scam

Offered item and all U had to do was pay £1.89, after that I got an email saying I was subscribed. Luckily I read the email and it said I was going to be charged £59 for this subscription so I logged into the playplexus account and cancelled it and no money was taken.
But yeah very clever scam they have going on and I feel stupid to have thought I could get something for just postage in this day and age.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. I paid £1.87 for a 'free' garden box from Argos on Instagram, they've just taken £59.98 from my Credit card. I'm waiting for my bank to contact me.
I could kick myself tbh, I feel so stupid for being duped - if something looks too good to be true, it usually is!!

Scammers. I got an offer on Facebook and now I have an EFT declined on my bank account which thankfully doesn't have much money in it.

Total scam! took £1.87 for a box of BIC pens via facebook...couple of days later requested £59! shocking company - can't log in to this "gaming" account that I never created to enable me to cancel it - I have reported the company to my CreditCard company and requested an immediate stop on any further activity!

Judging by everyone else's comments I'm not the only person scammed! Took £1.50 aprox then a few days later £59. I'm registered disabled and need every penny i get as it is. I'm furious

MASSIVE SCAM!
After an offer on Facebook, I paid PLAYPLEXUS.NET £9.99. After which they tried to withdraw £59 from my bank account without any permission. Luckily my bank stopped them. And I never heard anything of the offer, the cost of which I am trying to retrieve. SCAM, do not entertain this company!
P.S. If anyone can help me find the owners it would be most appreciated, thank you.

SCAM Company. Started as an offer on Facebook under a false description, and then then tried taking more money, luckily my bank blocked the payments.
Barclays bank now have this company flagged.

Not been able to start a webchat with the company.
