Be careful about working with this company before you move forward. You are given a generic email address who can’t answer questions. They don’t have many own entities so constantly waiting for responses which takes weeks!! They send incorrect invoices even after employees have finished. If you aren’t on the ball with checking you will be paying for multiple taxes which they haven’t paid! Just seems a shambles. I would stay away unless you want to spend hours chasing and getting no response. They also take months to return the deposit which again you have to chase and ask for! Definitely a NO from me

I've never inquired about the product; nevertheless, I've been bombarded by unsolicited emails, video call invitations, and the like. I wish them all the worst.

Excellent service

I am employed through the South African entity. It is impossible to get anyone to talk to me on the phone and time and time again my email requests for very simple information go unanswered and ignored, even after repeated follow ups. I have asked for a monthly update on exchange rate used to calculate my salary, this is not being provided. I waited 6 months for an expense claim to be paid. I have asked a simple question about my next salary and no response. I do not recommend this company, at least not the South African entity. They also appear to have an incredibly high staff turnover which makes me wonder if they are a good employer themselves? Disappointed and frustrated
