First off, a disclaimer: This is a marketplace site where merchants can create listings and sell items for various games or services. As a result, some users might have positive experiences, while others may not. They have a dispute system to help prevent scams, but its flaws make me wonder if the site is designed for scammers.
In my case, I purchased Discord 14x Server Boosts for a month. When I encountered an issue with the product, I opened a ticket, and PlaySwap Support initiated a Dispute for me. Here's the problem: "During the dispute process, if either party [...] does not respond, [PlaySwap Support] will consider that party as losing the dispute and close it accordingly." This essentially allows the merchant to endlessly delay the resolution by repeatedly responding to the dispute after the buyer's messages, until the buyer stops engaging. This happened to me, I presented all the facts and clear evidence, while the merchant repeated the same arguments without providing additional proof. Since I felt my case was already clear, I stopped responding. As a result, the last message in the Dispute came from the merchant, leading to their win. This feels like a strategic scam, but PlaySwap dismissed my follow-up requests and saw no issue with it.

Felt like I needed to write a review after the terrible experience I had…
I placed an order with a promised delivery time of 30 minutes. After no delivery for 30 minutes I make a dispute.
Hours later the order was delivered (when no longer needed) and as such my dispute was closed with an accompanying link to their terms - the same terms which state that I am entitled to the refund due to a late order.
After a constant back and forth with their support including them trying to blame time zones for the ‘appearance of a delay’ (like what?) they accepted they were in the wrong but couldn’t do anything about it because they already closed the dispute.
I threatened a chargeback which they said they accepted.
Made the chargeback request which they then quickly responded to (the only praise I’ll give them).
However now I’ve received a total of six emails back to back maybe a week later telling me my account has been suspended and a dispute has been opened, replied to, closed, and refunded all within minutes (that I can’t actually look at due to said suspension)
Way to go Playswap. Admitted your wrongdoings, accepted the chargeback and then threw all goodwill away by then suspending me.
Edit: Their reply throws the seller under the bus. While, yes the seller was late, the reason for my review is purely because of how the playswap team handled it. Not only trying to make up fake reasons of time zones but now suspending me after refunding.
