We have been getting some great Unicorn gear, which generally had been difficult to access in the US market. The new site makes shopping easy and is a very good value. Enjoy seeing the new additions as well and it all builds up a very solid line up for our venue, home venue and tournament presence and gives us that professional look that our players are looking for whatever their actual level of play. Pro Look and feel and better playing experience !

I got sent two feedback emails before recieving my order and a email saying my order was complete before the couriour even had record of collecting the item. I understand now that this was not intentional. I'd rather be moaning about to much communication than not enough.

It's a team effort
I rarely give reviews regarding my online shopping experience and this is one of those exceptions.
I purchased 2 sets of darts on a Sunday, I expected my order to be shipped the following day. Nothing happened so I patiently waited for another day before I decided to send an email to customer service.
My order got shipped that same afternoon and I received my order 2 days later. I was in the Middle East that time.
My experience would not have been a pleasant one if not for the efforts of the customer service team who handled my concern.
Will I still buy next time? You can bet on that!
