Logged in one morning and got a message that my account is closed for “breach of terms”. No details, no email. I didn’t do anything weird except win a bit the day before. That’s enough reason for me to never touch them again.

Every time I log in, something moved. Buttons, menu names, banners. Maybe they’re testing things, but for me it’s just confusing. I liked nothing enough to adapt.

Time zone confusion
All promos are listed in some other time zone, and they don’t bother to convert for where I am. I missed a bonus because “midnight” for them was still evening here. Just sloppy.

Site design looks ancient, clunky menus, random popups. Couldn’t even find my game history without clicking around for five minutes. For a place that takes real cash, they could at least invest in a normal layout.

Sometimes I just want to talk to an actual human on the phone, especially for money issues. This site only has chat and email, both slow. For a financial service, that’s not good enough for me.
