Shockingly bad
This place is an absolute s**t show. Put in an application 2 weeks ago now. They asked for more info after a few days which I provided. Then emailed to tell me there was an error and they’d offered me the wrong rate. Offered another rate which I accepted and I signed the contract a week ago. Set up the direct debit which they say you have to do in advance of getting the funds paid, which I also did. Then they got the direct debit wrong as it wasn’t the correct term or rate per the contract. They said it was another error and changed it, and told me I’d get the funds after the weekend. Now I have received an email telling me the application has been cancelled as I didn’t provide the additional info they requested. Obviously I also haven’t received the loan either. No idea what is going on now but more than a bit concerned these people have access to my accounts.
