Quick service & very trustworthy, I am very happy to say that I’m amazed by their service and they have such a great customer service the products look unreal and amazing, I have 0 bad thoughts about them, plus they have fast delivery options, like who doesn’t like to get their products delivered fast ? I’m honestly amazed and very very very happy, guys don’t miss out with them because I’m telling you.

An absolute embarrassment of a company. Ordered a jacket 15th of October. To this date 29th of November still not arrived. Excuses after excuses through direct message on instagram. Told me it would take 9-15 working days to arrive. After the 15th still I messaged them asking if there was a problem. To get ignored for 4 days after to finally receive a pathetic response saying just have to wait and see. The following week was told it would be here that week. Got to the end of the week still not arrived. They offered me a refund if it didn’t come the next week. Got to the end of that week and still not arrived. I asked for the refund and they said no I have to wait another week. Several weeks later and still not here and no tracking available on Royal Mail. What a joke.

I like how it came package and it was good only problem was that i order as a large but feels like a medium

After making over 14 purchases the communication was very poor in getting back to me once i had made payment

I have been sent the wrong size t shirt in the past that i ordered for a specific event. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return the t shirt and had to go out and buy a different one from a shop for my event.

I recently purchased some trainers that i needed for an event i had, that were the wrong size and wrong colour. Before i made payment i was told 7-15 days delivery. They took over 24 working days to arrive in which the event had passed and i had no trainers….

I politely chased up pluggygarms via instagram to which they read the message and chose to ignore me, its a shame for them as i would of been a long time customer after the 14 purchases i have already made.

Its easy for me to find a new supplier but not so easy for them to find new customers especially when you have no customer service experience.

Very good quality took a while to come but definitely worth the wait and will definitely be buying again highly recommend.
