Very happy with my purchase. Much love to them!

I was able to get the best price on an upgrade to izotope’s Neutron 5 from my Neutron 4. It beat the competition significantly. There’s no PayPal in the options during checkout, but they will accept PayPal through transfers if you contact them. Really helpful store.really helpful and attentive staff when I contacted then via the online form. The Neutron 5 upgrade serial code worked without issues, and so did a freebie bonus (Boz digital labs plugin). Stellar!

The best place to buy plugins

I bought two Waves plugins from Plugin Discounts on 8/23. I got two free plugins with my order, and a bonus third free plugin from Waves. So, in total I got 5 plugins for about $50. Pretty awesome and highly recommended.

Where do I start

Where do I start? Ok, two of three products bought can't be downloaded/activated given the provided information by PluginDiscounts. Also, the UAD email concerning the UAD products supplied does not even work as it is just inactive. This is not the behaviour of a decent company and for the future, I will just avoid them.

Hi Michael. You purchased one product - the UAD Distressor. As part of the order, you received two additional FREE products from us - a UAD plugin and a Boz Digital plugin. Regarding the UAD specifically - You were given serial codes and links to register the two UAD products - shown on your screen after purchase, sent via email, and also attached to the order in your account on our site. Also, it seems like you were in a rush to leave a negative review. You've left 33 other negative reviews on Trustpilot at the time of this writing and zero good reviews. You didn't try to contact us for help like one would expect. We would have gladly helped you if you were confused or having an issue.

Screwed out of $180

In November I purchased a Pro Tools renewal for $180.
Had numerous conversations about why my code won't work.
Seems like they've given up on helping me and now its late January 2022. They are no longer answering my E-mails so I guess I'm screwed out of $180

Hi Matt, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Despite this having been resolved long, long ago... I feel the review is incomplete and left out a couple of important details.

Simply put, you bought the wrong renewal for your Pro Tools system, and it took some time to figure out why the renewal code didn't work (despite it being redeemed by you) and from that to get a refund worked out. We did have constant communication, so the "no longer answering emails" was a head scratcher.

In any case, I'm glad you've continued to buy your plugins from us since then - despite leaving a bad review here. We appreciate your continued business. --T.
