Ease of access to a person who guided me through the the process every step of way spead in which my issue was delt with from speaking to Oliver who is extremely knowledgeable as is every member of the team my dishwasher was replaced within a couple of days and the only thing I had to which was send the serial number of my replacement new appliance to which Bill took the time to guide me through the process who was knowledgeable and professional took me through the process as I am not that good with tech and everyone was extremely patient with me so I would like to take the time to give Oliver Bill and everyone at plus cover a heart felt thankyou I highly recommend plus cover for there professional, kind team for all the patience and time to resolve my problems I would be truly lost without this cover on my appliances cover so glad I chose to come to plus cover as very friendly team everything was resolved extremely quick and efficient and all at extremely reasonable pricings for the cover and quality of service is second to non again HIGHLY recommend many many thanks Mr Knight

So glad I went with PlusCover! Cheap monthly cost to cover all my goods. Had to claim and a really friendly engineer John got our washing machine fixed on his first visit. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent service – problem resolved quickly and professionally
I had a minor hiccup with my dryer repair, but Cover Plus handled it superbly. The initial issue was quickly addressed, and the follow-up service was prompt, professional, and efficient. My dryer is now working perfectly, and I’m very impressed with how quickly and effectively they resolved the situation. Highly recommend Cover Plus for their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction!

I had quote saved, and phoned through as been with Domestic & General for donkey years. I was greeted by Oliver, who not only, reassured me, but because I am Priorty group, he was patient with me. I am incredibly impressed with PlusCover software, quick, transparent and fluid. As soon as I put in model no, serial no, Oliver picked this up. It was amazing! Bonus to call through, without having to go through endless options! Now I have 3 appliances covered for virtually the price of one, fixed for 3 years 🤗

Recently covered my appliances have been so happy with the service. Sadly our dryer broke and an engineer came to try to repair it then due to it not being repairable it was replaced.
Bedt cover out there. Everyone in the team is so helpful emails and calls are done by knowledgeable friendly staff to ensure support is provided to customers.
