Absolutely superb service. Helpful friendly and nothing was a problem.

I was a bit apprehensive arranging a trip online with a firm I saw an advert for on Facebook, but Ronald dealt with all queries (there were a few) quickly, professionally and efficiently, catering for all of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble.
He sourced suitable dates and times for the trip and excursion to Brascov and castles.
He noticed we would be away for my partners birthday and arranged a surprise bottle of bubbly waiting for us when we returned to the room.
Thank you for your help, we’ve had an amazing trip!

I wish i could've given no stars. Myself and 2 friends have handed over more than 6K to this company for a holiday to Thailand via Dubai, the holiday was cancelled due to the troubles in the Middle East. I understand this is no ones fault however Plus Holiday is refusing to even acknowledge any email we send. The law states our money should be refunded within 14 days but when they refuse to even answer us how will that happen. We are taking this to ABTA and hopefully get it all back.

My friends & I booked a holiday to Thailand via Dubai. Emirates cancelled the flights due to ongoing issues in the Middle East. Advice taken from our insurance companies, other travel agents & banks, is that Plus Holiday should refund the full amount within 14 days. However despite many emails, messages via their business chat, as they are not responding to phone calls, we are no further forward. Not once have Plus Holiday reached out to us, with reassurance or with any updates. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
