$24 plush kept getting this fee, and then THIS fee and then THIS FEE. Until the 20 buck plush became over 40 DOLLARS. Awful scum company that keeps shoving bullsh#t "fees" in your face that you dont even see until you're on the page to actually buy the product. Keep in mind I had to go through like 2 purchase menus, one made it rise to 30 sum, then FOURTY. Please take your money elsewhere

Placed my order that originally started at $9.00 for the plush, then add $4.95 shipping. I then received an email stating I was being charged $24 for an activation fee. Then an additional charge for $28 for insurance, more shipping cost and God only know what else. I immediately emailed and requested cancelation. This took all of 3 minutes. They then responded saying it was too late to cancel. That they are a small business and they immediately fill the orders. I call them a SCAM BUSINESS! Do not do business with this company. I have received emails from 3 different addresses connecting them to Go Liberty Gear dot.com.

I have been trying to reach customer service regarding the status of my package but no one gets back to me. They do not have a phone number to reach them and I was never given a tracking number or any status updates. I ordered from them December 9h. I have emailed them several times. Seems to me this website is a scam.

Item hasn’t been received and I can’t get in touch with the company about getting a replacement or a refund. No phone number available and when I try to send a message to them it tells me I can’t send it at the moment.

Expected 3 original Splatoon 3 plushies, and had the impression, that I was dealing with a seller/shop in the UK or the states.

What I got was poor copies sent from China. Really bad quality and one was so badly sewn, that the stuffing is falling out.

Ordered a plushie for my niece and it arrived with a small tear on the ear. I was a bit disappointed, but when I contacted the plush shop, they responded immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement. The plush itself is super soft and adorable, and my niece loves it! Definitely a positive experience despite the initial issue.
