Disappointing.
ordered from this brand a few times in the past and been great - was a loyal customer but ordered last in JULY 2024! And never received my order, chased on email a month later and Esha advised she will get it out to me within the next 1-2 working days. Chased 3/4 times since with NO response and no refund (spent over £100) TEEF.
She also posted on her instagram that she would refund everyone and is closing the business down so I chased AGAIN on email and the email bounced back. Horrendous customer service

Ordered items on the 08/06/2024 items never received despite 3 emails sent to Chase. Asked for a refund, which I never received. Even the Royal mail tracking order states they never received the items. I have ordered before with no issues, but I'm not sure what has happened this time and customer service is non-existent

Well, I was excited to try this product, but I never received it. I emailed customer service and they never responded.

I have not received my item. Ordered months ago. Did not even send an email to say there is a delay. Haven’t received a refund

I still haven’t received my order and I’ve ordered it around a week ago and I’ve contacted through Tik Tok , email , WhatsApp and Instagram and haven’t heard back at all

I have been a returning customer since 2022 and normally everything runs smoothly and i never have a issue. However this time has been disappointing. I placed order on 13/07/24 and the email confirmation explains shipping can take 3-10 working days meaning latest shipping would be 26/07. By the 31/07 i had no confirmation of shipping. I then sent email no response, re emailed on 08/08 still to date not response and 31 days later no products or confirmation of shipping.

It's a great product I cannot and would live without the products

Have used the majority of the collection and only have positive things to say! Soap leaves you squeaky clean and the oil is scrumptious 😋 amazing customer service and finishing touches are perfect. Will remain a regular customer 🦋

I have been buying the products from the company started, the very inception, first ones to buy, and the products have only gotten better. The standard has never dropped, very elite. The yoni gel and yoni cleanse are staples in my shower.

Fast delivery, lovely products. Keeps my narnie nice and fresh. Love love the items

awful customer service
after processing took so damn long, the shipping provider lost my package allegedly or this disgusting company gave them the WRONG address, when I reached out to the post office they told me reach out to the sender, i reach out to Plush V they did absolutely NOTHING to assist me, they were supposed to have someone from their team look into this matter for me since last year November 6th 2023 and nothing ever since, just don’t waste your time and 0/10 would not recommend AT ALL. and I will be telling people as well to not buy from this brand. my hard earned money down the damn drain.
