Our restaurants get recommended by AI now

Was a bit skeptical about the whole GEO thing. Now people find us because ChatGPT or Google AI overviews mention our restaurant when someone asks for spot in the area. Pluspoint handles the boring part: listings sync across every directory, review generation from table QR codes, AI-drafted replies in our voice, and builk social publishing to all our Google profiles and social pages.

Dashboard is dense at first, you get used to it.

if AI recommends restaurants to people looking for one and yours isn't in the answer, this is worth it.

AI search actually knows about us now

Before Pluspoint, asking ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews for "best [service] in [city]" left us out of the answer. Listings sync pushed clean data across Google, Apple, Bing, and the long tail. Review generation via QR codes tripled monthly volume. The AI optimization modules quietly handle the structured-data work. Three months in we started showing up in AI answers for the queries that mattered.

Initial listings sync takes a few days to fully propagate. Small thing.

If AI discovery matters to you, this is the fix.

Self-served onboarding, transparent pricing

SEO agency. Tried Pluspoint after Birdeye and SOCi sales cycles dragged and the quotes didn't fit our SMB client book. Self-onboarded a dental group in two days straight from the website pricing. Same workflow now runs across beauty salon and auto repair clients: microsites with local schema, branching NPS surveys feeding review velocity, PIN-activated coupons for attribution, and email plus SMS reactivation campaigns.

AI Overview citations for our dental clients on "[city] dentist" queries went from zero a year ago to consistent.

Microsite templates could use more service-heavy layouts. We bend the existing ones.

Strong toolkit for local SEO agencies.

Replaced Birdeye, plugs into Hubspot cleanly

We switched from Birdeye because we wanted everything in one place instead of jumping between tools. HubSpot sync runs out of the box, while Zapier covers anything else.

Now our web chat, Instagram, and Facebook conversations all end up under the right HubSpot contacts, simplifying follow-ups. AI chatbot qualifies first-touch leads into deal pipelines. Branching NPS surveys segment for nurture. Email and SMS campaigns from the same tool.

Setting up the HubSpot field mapping took a little learning curve, and once we set it up, we haven't needed to touch it again.

Overall, it's been a smoother workflow than we had with Birdeye, and we're paying less for it.

cancelled three other tools, no regrets

Was paying for a listings tool, a social scheduler, and a separate inbox tool. Tried Pluspoint as a pilot. Three months later, cancelled all three.

- Reviews come in steady from QR codes at every location
- Listings stay synced across Google, Apple, and Bing
- Webchat plus Insta plus FB DMs all land in one inbox
- Social posts to every channel from one queue

UI has some 2018 vibes but it works. Per-location pricing is right on their website, which saves you a sales call. Solid.

Use Pluspoint for review management

Use Pluspoint for review management, the omnichannel inbox, social publishing, and directory listings. The integration between the four is the real value. Listings stay clean, reviews come in via QR, AI replies draft in brand tone, and webchat plus Instagram plus Facebook DMs land in one inbox.

Reporting could go a layer deeper. We export for the secondary views.

Solid all-in-one.

Run a 5-campus marketing academy. Picked Pluspoint after months of dodging Birdeye and SOCi sales calls because neither would just tell me the price... Pluspoint had it on site.

We use microsites per campus, branching SMS surveys (happy goes to a review ask, unhappy goes to me), PIN-activated student referral coupons, and email plus SMS cohort intake campaigns. Everything in one dashboard with per-campus analytics so I can see who's actually doing the work.

Microsite templates could be prettier. Otherwise, no notes.

Our flower shops finally are being recommended by Google Maps

I help with marketing for four flower shops across London. Before Pluspoint, our addresses and hours were wrong on half of the maps, and one shop's phone number was out of date for two months. That's all sorted now.

We stuck QR codes at the till and on the delivery cards. A few new Google reviews come in every week and the replies get drafted for us automatically in our tone of voice.

Last month, a customer said her phone suggested us when asked for the best florist near London Bridge. That wasn't happening a year ago. That wasn't happening a year ago.

The dashboard takes a minute to learn but you get used to it.

Four campuses, four wins

We run a design school with 4 campuses. Three months on Pluspoint. SMM is one queue across all 4 Google profiles, Instagram, and Facebook. Webchat, Instagram, and Facebook DMs land in one inbox. Front-desk QR codes after course completion more than doubled weekly Google reviews. Listings cleanup means we rank for "design school" in all 4 cities now, not just 2.

Dashboard transitions could be a touch smoother. Designer talking.

Own a 19-restaurant chain across BC and Alberta. The ops team picked Pluspoint after benchmarking it against two US suites. Per-location pricing made the math work. Three months in: weekly Google reviews more than doubled via table QR codes, AI replies handling responses in brand voice, listings clean across Google, Apple, and Bing, social posting to all 19 GBPs plus Instagram and Facebook from one queue, and webchat plus social DMs landing in one inbox.

One tool for our 6-cafe group

Run marketing for a 6-cafe specialty coffee group. Listings stay in sync across Google, Apple, and Bing. Counter QR codes turned review velocity from a trickle into about 8 new Google reviews a week per cafe.

AI replies draft in our brand voice and I approve in bulk on Mondays. Bulk social publishing pushes the new bean drop or daily special to all 6 Instagrams and Google profiles in one click. Used to take an hour.

Mobile dashboard is fine but could be snappier. Otherwise this replaced three tools.

Two-day rollout, three jobs done

Day one: routed webchat, Instagram, and Facebook DMs into one inbox.
Day two: trained the AI chatbot on our docs and FAQs for first-touch deflection. Social publishing now covers Facebook, Instagram, and our Google profiles from one queue.

One small gripe: "questions the bot didn't answer" could be more visible in the dashboard. We track it manually.

Fast setup, fair price, support that replies. Replaces three tools.

A fantastic tool for small business.

Sergii and his team have created a fantastic tool which I have adapted for my own business after he started using my Coworking Space.

It really does give you a full overview and ownership of your reviews and feedback and makes giving a high level of customer service very easy.

Pluspoint is a real help. Great for reputation management.

Well, I'm working on a marketing promotion for a small hotel chain. We have 10 locations in the UK. It was quite hard to manage and respond to reviews on each location and platform (like Facebook, Google, Yelp, and so on). Pluspoint is a real help – I can see all the stats about our reputation, sort reviews by location or platform, and respond to them. I am completely satisfied!
