Ordered a floor for my van
Ordered a floor for my van, but I miss read the shipping details, a fault of my own and they could not ship the floor to my location. They still tried to get a courier to ship it but were unable to, which is understandable due to the location. I emailed them after working hours to ask for a refund and got a response with in 15 minutes, they processed the refund the same day and the money was back in my account a few days later. This situation was no fault of their own, yet they still apologised and sorted it out immediately, excellent customer service.
