Wow what an excellent dental team with Dr Jo Power working with you to ensure that you’re happy with both process and way forward and I can’t thank her and her lovely assistant enough for making my treatment worry free and easy.

I have been attending this dental practice for some years now, my husband also. I love going, everyone is very friendly, highly professional and treatment is top notch. I feel like I am visiting family who take care of my dental needs with as little pain as is absolutely possible. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

I have had a dental phobia for 40 years and I heard about Plymouth dental centre of excellence and I met the lovely dentist chad who was absolutely fantastic he made me feel at ease which has never happened before at any dentist surgery , he told me what work I needed and told me all about iv sedation and wow I never felt a thing just woke up when it was all over

As always Lindsey was lovely. Always chatty and friendly. Special shout out to Alana and Nick on reception. They were very friendly and were able to have a quick chat which is always nice as I know how busy they are. And thank you so much for my Christmas card, it was fab.

My wife and I went to this dentists once over 2 years ago and didn't warm to them as it came across as a hard sell in our opinion. Despite advising them 4 times that we have found another dentist, we're still receiving repeated chasers for appointments (2 phone calls and 2 emails over 2 years and another email today) which seems to support our concern. Wouldn't use again and wouldn't recommend.

Excellent treatment provided by Lindsay today my hygienist and her support staff.
All the staff are truly professional, polite, understanding and supportive.
Highly recommend this practice for its professional, efficient and truly outstanding dentistry.

My appointment with hygienist Sian today was excellent as always ,friendly ,reassuring professional ,she made me feel at ease and told me what to expect every step of the way .Great service

Makes you fill relaxed and always explains what's going on

My 1st experience at this practice and I have nothing but praise for Supriti and the person who was helping her. I’ve always been an NHS patient at another practice but obviously with the lack of NHS dentists now I had to go private. Yes the charges are high but I will say the service and friendliness from everyone from receptionists to the actual dentist is in my opinion exemplary. I’m 100% happy with the treatment received and I would highly recommend them. Thankyou so much

I visited this dental center after seeing their advertisements everywhere online. I expected a high level of professionalism, but I was quite surprised by my experience.

Upon entering, the receptionist on duty was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She hurriedly told me to go to the waiting room and fill out a form on a tablet, which I had already completed at home. I expressed my intention to fill it out in front of her, but she insisted that there were patients waiting behind me for registration.

I pointed out that there was no one behind me, and if there had been, I would move aside. Her demeanor was so off-putting that when I mentioned this, she turned her head with a dissatisfied expression to her colleagues, who were busy chatting, as if to draw attention to me.

Eventually, not knowing how to handle the situation, she indicated once again where I should sit. Dissatisfied with her behavior, I promised myself I would never return to this dental centre. In any case, I didn't have time to complete the form, as I was immediately called into the room.

While I could mention a few more aspects of my dissatisfaction, I will leave those observations for others who might experience similar issues after visiting this center.

I was very stressed by the behavior of this lady, and as a result, I no longer want to have my teeth treated at this clinic. While not everyone may have had a similar experience, such situations can occur. According to the advertisements online, it seems that everyone working there is trained to care for patients in a way that minimizes stress.

Plymouth Dental Centre of Excellence is Definitely 💯 Number one dentist by far with their Highest Quality skills & care for their patients . I was Treated on the 17th of September by Cameran . Who has now made me trust dentist again. Cameran Treated me with High Quality Care from start to finish. He is Definitely the Dentist who cares for his patients. I was so nervous but he made me feel at ease. He is Definitely very skilled dentist who knows what’s he’s doing. After being referred to Plymouth from my own dentist for corrective treatment and after 7 visits from May to September, my gappy smile is now a fantastic smile which I can't stop presenting to the world. Dr Supriti is an amazing person with wonderful skills. Not once did she hurt me, I occasionally felt pressure but it definitely wasn't pain, and she explained what she was going to do at the beginning of each visit along with telling me what she was doing as she was doing it. The only painful bit was paying for the expensive treatment on every visit but took out the 0% finance option to spread the cost over 12 months and so pleased I did as it was worth it. I was extremely
apprehensive before starting but I WILL recommend anybody to visit this practice.

Would like to wite this review about Supriti Dental Specialist, who I went to see with a big problem that concerned me very much and didn't think it could be rectified. But after realising the skills this lady has put me at ease,and have to say Supriti has done an excellent job .Very much appreciated and would give Dental of Excellence group 10 out of 10 .Thank You .

I was nervous about a lengthy session involving 2 fillings and a bridge. Magda was clear and careful throughout and name sure I was as comfortable as possible. Afterwards I felt quite light headed and the practice made it possible for me to stay and rest awhile even though they were closed for lunch. Magda stayed with me to make sure I was OK. She and her dental nurse were excellent . most careful and attentive.

I had excellent service from Kerry today. She was very professional and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this dentist after the excellent service I received.

Absolutely recommend , the staff are friendly professional and very caring ,the work on myself was without doubt painless, every dental procedure was explain and I was reassured on each visit thank to to those involved in my treatment

Had my new patient check up with Supriti.
She was very straight forward and told it how it was with my options.
I explained that cost was a factor and the cheapest options were presented.
I had three awkward extractions and one straight forward all in under an hour.
Painless and professional.
Except the bill.
The bill hurt but it would of hurt less if I looked after my teeth better.
Overall a good experience and a practice I would feel very comfortable returning to.

I have to admit to being a total coward when it comes to dentists. I hadn't seen one for 40 years due to a bad experience back then. Recently, one of my teeth broke and after a bit of prompting from my wife I decided the time had come to see a dentist once more.
I saw the advert from this firm and decided to give them a try. I was seen by Reshmi, who put me right at ease and in the last 3 weeks has extracted the broken tooth and given me three fillings, something I thought I'd be too afraid to have done.
There was no pain at all, and while having the fillings I was really relaxed. If you're as nervous as I was then give this lot a try. I'm actually now excited at having my remaining treatment and getting my smile back.
