The lovely Sam was looking after my purchase for my clinic, she was so patient with me and took the time to explain everything to me clearly so I understood everything that was going on throughout the entire process. She made the entire experience easy peesy, so much so that I have asked if the company work with other professional machine stockists for the future. The process was really smooth and I was kept informed of what was happening on a regular basis. There were a few amendments along the way but nothing was too much hassle for Rob, Ellie and the team.
