PMI has been a great resource throughout my PMP journey and continued professional development. My experience was professional and straightforward. The application process was easy to complete, and the instructions were clear. I appreciated having the opportunity to provide information about my background, skills, and the types of positions I’m interested in. I’m looking forward to working with the recruiting team and hopefully being matched with an opportunity that aligns with my experience in operations, project management, manufacturing, logistics, and leadership.

The instructions were clear, meet all expectations.

Seeing the difference between the question wording in Precipio and PMI was very helpful.

At first, I was nervous about doing the online exam through Pearson. I feared that there would be a connection issue or something. But it was stable and I had no issues. The preparation guides and instructions for the exam were clearly defined. PMI does a good job at letting applicants know what is needed and required for the exam. This took the edge off on exam day.

I has been a great experience since I got my certification

Your company can improve but not questioning integrity of paying customers who legitimately logged 7 hours a day for multiple weeks, on study hall, to then have my cert revoked leveraging a broken algorithm. Failing to validate with a human, nor even observe behavior of the in person video recording, where it would be seen my reading, going between choices and not exhibiting traits of someone who “colluded”. Baseless metrics from so called data forensics, has affected hundreds looking back through forums. So I am going to go take your test again, same way, and pass it again person. I am going to again take my own personal time, and log more hours in study hall re completing the entire thing top to bottom. I will make sure I am in the 99th percentile prior to testing, although it apparently doesn’t matter how smart or experienced you are, since my appeal was answered in less than an hour. This alone provides proof that it was not investigated, and the fact that you gave me the testing fee, firms the belief that your aware in your broken algorithm. PMI will just save face and not walk back an unjust decision, with zero factual evidence. The next steps if this isn’t resolved, PMI will not enjoy. I will get this cert because I have to so I do not incur financial liability for military funding, which I am extremely crunched on now. Even though I waited for pmbok 8 to release and gave myself an extra month for prep. I am still in question. I will not recertify after 3 years, I will never give another dime to your organization and the email traffic regarding this will be shared as well as an corporate ethics complaint.

I completed the online test preparation for the new PMP exam and found it to be very useful for understanding PM concepts and setting expectations for how the test is conducted.

I had a beautiful experience

I took the exam on 08/13/2026. The exam is unnecessarily long. 180 questions over 4 hours is ridiculous. You should be able to assess my knowledge in half the time.
The first break is after the first 10 questions which makes no sense.
I though the quality and difficulty of the questions were adequate and appropriately peppered throughout the test.
I'm happy to have gone through this and grown from my experience and I wish to never do this again.

PMI offers an abundance of resources to prepare for your certification. There are also many opportunities for learning about current methodologies and emerging technologies. The help you connect to industry and community. It felt like a one-stop shop to all things project management. From the first application to the communication delivery, I felt confident.

Helpful customer service and easy to use website

Due to technical issues on my exam day, I couldn’t start my exam (online/ proctor closed the exam window for some reasons during check in time while I was uploading my ID). I was deeply upset as i was prepared. They gave me a retake opportunity with old study materials. Very well understanding the test taker’s situation. This time I took it in test center and I passed
