I really appreciate the time they took to communicate with us at a really difficult time. The ladies were very compassionate and easy to deal with and were understanding of our needs. They also took time to check in with us after the process of clearing mums house.

Firstly the job pocket rockets did in cleaning my brother’s home was transformational making the place somewhere pleasant to live and visit. Secondly the customer service was excellent. I had a quote the same day I called to enquire and within a week the job was done. Photos were taken before and after the work. The company handled their interactions with my vulnerable brother with professional kindness understanding and courtesy. They even sourced a replacement phone for my brother when he said his phone was not working properly. The cost was very reasonable given the thorough work they did. I can’t thank them enough for helping my brother get a fresh start.
