Wanted as an xmas present. Did not arrive, emailed no reply. they use EVRI to deliver, need I say more, still no luck. Avoid the company until they get their delivery company sorted. Will leave negative reviews.

I am waiting for a refund for an accidental order before Christmas and get a response to say how busy they are but no follow up to all my chasing emails!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Christmas present broke within a day - terrible product would recommend avoiding purchasing

My daughter bought a Pocky Ball for my Grandson which he was thrilled with. Unfortunately it broke within 48 hours. As with others it seems the button to retract the string won't work!
There must have been a lot of dissapointed children around this Christmas. Shame on you Pocky Ball manufacturers for not dealing with all these complaints!!!

Ours broke within one day and the customer services team have ignored us. No refund, no replacement and no response at all emailed a number of times also

Don't waste your money buying this crap

Awful, do not purchase. My daughter spent her own money on one and minutes after it arrived the button on the clip became depressed and the string no longer extends. Contacted them 3 times and nothing back. Awful customer service and from reading the countless other reviews this is a recurring problem.

Two pockyballs broke, one within minutes and the second within a day. Sent an email to customer services and apart from an acknowledgment of the email stating they would get back within 24 hrs, which they have not, no follow up.

We bought two for christmas for our kids, and both had broken within 48hrs. I was with the children when they used them to ensure they didn’t break them and played safely.. and both times I watched as the string became stuck inside the mechanism and not retract any more. Very disappointing. Worse, is that I’ve emailed them 3 times and have received no response at all. Poor customer service is worse than the poor quality product- at least the service is easy to get right! Come on Pockyball, write back to the customers who have had broken products- it’s basic customer service.

Please don’t waste your money.
This is a poorly made product for the price being asked! The first one stopped retracting after day one and the second one keeps coming apart.
The idea is great, but the execution is so bad!

Bought three balls for my sons for Christmas - one stopped retracting on boxing day and I have tried to contact company for replacement via Instagram and email but just get ignored. No telephone number either! Dreadful customer service and one very disappointed little boy who just watches his brothers play with theirs... Good products, expensive for what it is but would not buy again as don't deserve the business if they will not provide any after sales assistance.

Broke first time used. No response from customer service and no way of phoning them. Avoid at all costs

This broke after 8 days! My daughter is so disappointed and to top it off I have emailed Pocky Ball 4 times now and they haven’t had the decency to reply!

Don't bother, ordered 3 should of been in time for Christmas, but because the company use EVRI, got them for new year!! My boys loved then for the start, then one the pull cord has broken already played with for approx 2 hours maximum, emailed the company heard nothing!! Then another one the string has completely come out if the hole and can't be repaired.. absolute waste of money

Ordered pockeyballs for Christmas on 02/12/22 and was sent to Evri where they have been since 07/12/22, apparently, as I haven't received them. Have contacted the company twice, no reply yet from the first email sent on 19/12/22. No number to call, no response. Rubbish company taking money. I don't even want them to be delivered now based on the reviews of the quality of product. Definitely should be investigated.

I ordered a Pockyball as a gift for my godson back in November 2022. The order has never arrived and every email I have sent has been returned as undeliverable. There is no number to call. This company has taken my money and asked me several times for a review. They are either incompetent or dishonest. Take your pick, but don’t order from them.

Products never even arrived. No response from customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANH

Wish I read the reviews first before purchasing! Great idea but it breaks within hours sadly. I don't consider it to be a cheap purchase so expected to be able to get a lot more than half a days use. The cord locks so won't adjust to the correct length for my son so now completely unusable.

This company should be investigated !. The number of customers who have reported that these Pockyball just break in a short period of time and l mean hours, at nearly £20 a time this is extortion as they must be well aware of what is happening but continue to sell them. Unfortunately l only checked the reviews on there selling page, silly me. Please please do not buy these as they are a complete waste of money.

Same problem as many others. Bought two for Grandchildren for Christmas- both broke before end of day. Just sent THIRD email to support - no reply at all other than auto response saying they would “ reply in 24 hours” Very disappointing customer service

Bought for 7 year old Xmas stocking filler, broke after 3 days, contacted customer services twice but no reply. Very poor service for quite an expensive item??
