We live in Texas, wife went on a trip to Georgia. I was able to talk to her even though we were states away. Never had an issue really.

So far so good. Had an issue with order that was straightened out quickly after contacting support. Also had an issue with one of the radios not xmitting voice properly which turned out to be a connector issue which I cleared by jacking in/out of the headset port. Radios have good audio and range and I love them so far. Customer was service is available through email within a day, but I did not try by phone.

It took an exrtra day or two to receive it, so I wasted the money on 2nd day delivery - wanted them for a trip and they were delivered after we left. But the units are very nice and well built. Worth the money.

Accessories for our POC-1 lite radios will provide protection and convenience for them. Our order was promptly received and well packaged.

I’ve been using these for several months now and they are great. I got one for my in-laws and mom, the instant communication is outstanding. No more trying to find their phone or getting voicemail, the piece of mind knowing they are just a PTT away is comforting.

Placed order said delivery 5/8 days after 5 days got a delivery confirmation so they had my money 5 days before dispatched and still waiting. No tracking nothing AVOID
Update got some fake royal mail tracking number turned out to be fake as royal mail CANT TRACK THE NUMBER YET MORE LIES SCAM COMPANY .I SUGGEST IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A SIMULAR RADIO CHOOSE A GENUINE COMPANY

I purchased 2 radios and 1 works fantastic. The second continues to cut out and you can not hold a conversation. There has been so much going on that I do not have the time to sit and wait for customer support for help. At this point I can't give fully 100 percent my approval and recommendation. I have had many radio brands in the past from Motorola to Midland and others. I have never had an issue with a radio until now.

They are incredibly for distance and we have only tried them

The only thing is sometimes the clarity and intermittent speech comes through making it tough to understand the other person

it doesn't work in area because wrong kind off company for service because the company name 's is GCI server's and have no signal

Battery seems defective, it’s easily drain even without using them!

Service is very good and the device does what it’s supposed to do

We bought these for our block down south and super happy I can still talk to the family in Perth while working out of town without the need for every family member to have a mobile phone. We haven’t had to use them on the analogue systems but great to have this as a back up option in the event of a mobile outage!

Radios work great and they do work where my cell phone does not at times
