What I love about PodMatch is that it’s still run by real people. The COO answered every question I had within 48 hours, and the founder himself emailed me to see if I needed help. You can’t beat that level of care in 2025.

Thanks to PodMatch my message was heard all over the world — at practically no cost. In my first 45 days, I booked 120 shows and became the #2 most popular guest on PodMatch. It's OK but not worth paying the price to be on low profile, low traffic podcasts, some of which don't even post on major outlets like Spotify and Apple Podcasts. The whole point of doing a podcast interview is to get exposure. If that exposure is not registering prominently on google, what's the point of paying for the PodMatch subscription? I am in my 40s and I found a lot of the interviewers amateur. They didn't do their research before speaking to me. They would cancel, reschedule, not even put your name in the headline of the podcast, just their own name, the podcast name, episode number, season number, like you're second fiddle to their mic. Gimme a break!

PodMatch was the podcasting platform that I didn't know I needed. I only joined because a fellow podcaster had been pestering me for month to sign up. I had assumed that because I wasn't having any issues sourcing guests, that I had no need to pay for this platform. I couldn't have been more wrong!

Sourcing and screening guests is an absolute breeze on PodMatch, with guest profiles giving all the detail I need to decide if they would be a good fit. Profiles include a video pitch, a summary of guests backgrounds, suggested topics they can talk to, questions that you may wish to use in the episode, as well as a pre-approved introduction that you can use in the episode! On top of this, the profile shows reviews of the guest from other podcast hosts.

If this wasn't enough, PodMatch also has an active podcasting community with monthly events and online education to help you up your podcasting game.

Also part of PodMatch is PodLottery which is a way to get more reviews for your Podcast from other podcasters. I have gained 8 reviews through this alone!

Another feature that I love is "workflows". It is almost like project management software (but actually useful). You create 'templates' of tasks you need to complete when editing/releasing an episode. It really helped me not only streamline my process, but also keep track of where I was up to on all my episodes.

And, finally, there is the PodValue initiative which helps indie podcasters cover subscription costs. Through this program, you get a small commission for releasing episodes of guests sourced through PodMatch. It is not a huge amount of money, but it makes a significant difference for indie podcasters. You can earn up to $31 per episode, however you usually get less than this. The commission is calculated based on a combination of PodMatch's revenue for that period as well as how many interviews the guest has completed in that period.

This company does its best to support you. They provide tips to grow as a guest and host. The system is very organized. it has a workflow system for Hosts to keep track of their backlogs like myself. The best part I love about PodMatch is that it continues to grow and provide value to its members. Most people in the community are professional, and honest. Matchmaker is another story that I will save for a potential review..... If I got time.

Podmatch is a great site. I get six podcast guest options that match my profile everyday. I have been a member for two years and have found nearly 170 amazing guests that added great value to my show.

What a great service. I have booked more podcasts in just a week than I did in over 2 months with another service. Their web portal allows me to easily manage who I have pitched, what I have booked and how it all went. They are also very responsive to outreach questions.

I have been using Podmatch.com to book guests on the Phantom Electric Ghost Podcast since Nov 2022. I have been able to increase the number of guest that I interview per month significantly usings this service. Prior to 2022 I interviewed 4 guests per month. Now I interview at a minimum at least 11 guest per month or more. I have a great experience using Podmatch.com and my ListenNotes ranking is now in the top 2.5% of podcasts.
