I have ordered a laser pen fir moles and warts removal. What I received is a wrong product I never ordered. I contacted the company with my order details right from the purchase screen and a picture of the product I received. They blatantly refused that they send me the correct product. After a few email exchange, they agreed to take the product back if I ship it to China by paying the postal charges. Don't believe in their refund or return policies. This company is no. 1 scammers and liers. I lost 43 USD.
Hope this review would help someone to save their hard earned money.

I ordered the F**** This S*** mugs still seen on Quora. I also screen shot the order. I never received confirmation but my cc was billed immediately. On August22, 2025, when I had not heard from them, I used the "Customer Contact" from their website. There was no response. On September 6 I contacted the CC company and files a dispute. They cancelled the transaction and refunded the charge. It is too bad because I had wanted the order for funny gifts for relatives.

On their clickbait ad (on Quora, no less), they show a shoe with the Gore-Tex logo with "top-tier waterproofing" as a bullet point. Go to their order site, and there's no mention of Gore-Tex, or waterproofing. Same with "Made in USA". No mention of that, either, on their order site. If it smells like a scam...

Ordered 3 "F@@K This Shit" mugs as gifts, from their website. Upon receipt of the mugs, one was broken.
I emailed Poiultd to inform them of the broken mug, and to ask for a replacement. I then unpackaged the other 2 mugs and realized that the decals on all 3 mugs were very hard to read, nothing at all like the image on the website. I informed Poiultd that I would like a return label, because of the poor quality of the mugs. I was expecting to get a return label, so I could send the mugs back the the USA address that was listed on the package that they were sent from. I was told I had to send the mugs to CHINA at my OWN expense! I pointed out that their website says "FREE RETURNS, 100% satisfaction guaranteed." Poiultd offered to give me 15% off my purchase, and I could keep the mugs, I told them NO, I don't want the mugs, I want my $$ back, and please send me a return label. Well, after several emails back and forth, I finally just contacted my CC company. All those emails are great documentation, proving that this website is scamming customers.
