Pokevault Reviews

I stumbled upon PokeVault while seeking some regional-specific Ampharos merchandise, and I found a treasure trove. Brian is positively lovely - everything I could ask for in terms of doing business with someone. And he’s just a great guy overall. My items were shipped promptly, packaged excellently, and arrived quickly. Everything is in perfect condition. I’ve already placed a second order prior to leaving this review - he made a trip to Nagasaki and secured some other items I had been looking for, which has also already shipped. Brian is very responsive via messenger, should there be any questions. Mostly, I want people to know that this is a legitimate family-run storefront. With that in mind, it’s even more important to me to get word out in support of this business - especially with the passing of the most recent regulations for US imports from Japan which impacts a ton of items (clothing, toys, etc). Excellent experience from start to finish. Please support PokeVault! I promise you will be more than happy!

I came across PokéVault while hunting for a Clefairy Shinka no Ishi (Evolution Stone series) plush that is not in circulation anymore. It was hard to find, but PokéVault had a brand new one in stock! I placed my order and on the same day, it was immediately processed for shipping. It was a fast, simple, and efficient ordering process. Checkout is secure. It took only about 5 days to reach the Philippines from Japan, and another day to my city. I was not expecting the fast shipping at all! The package itself was secure. Standard box that was not oversized nor too small for the plush, some layer of paper stuffing to keep it safe, and a protective plastic. It was a great unboxing experience because the packaging itself was professional and done well. Looking forward to ordering again from you.

I'm very happy with my purchase and will continue to support this site for pokemon merch🥹🙏 the parcel was very well packaged and they even sent me a discount coupon 🥹🙏 made my day! Bless you guys!

Best experience ever!!! For people who doesnt have easy access to exclusive Pokemon Merch from Japan, even here in EU, the UK Pokemon Center doesnt ship to EU at all, so we have few options left. And what a great discovery to find pokevault.com. Best itens and legit new and vintage merch for pokefans and collectors. I 200% recommend here. My Shellder plush+ shellder yummy collection figure came perfectly, The responsible one for all this is Brian, and he ships like super fast! If you have any questions, even if you don't need it, he will be there to help. They also send updates about your shipment, tracking website from Japan, and everything else. Of course some things might sound expensive, but AGAIN, they are brinGing exclusive, or hard to find products from Japan which are all 100% legit, so its totally worth the price. I am already checking for new products to buy for next month. It`s 100% quality and safe no doubts!

Recently ordered a Sylveon plush from them & it came in extremely quickly despite being shipped from Japan. (2-3 days)
It matched the listed images exactly, and I'm really happy to have a site I can now trust for buying my Pokémon merch from!
Will definitely order from them again when I'm able!

The site is great, there are an infinity of products and it's perfect for people who love pokemon that can't buy original pokemon stuff directly in Japan. The prices are a little high but it's worth it, the owner is nice and the service was efficient and reliable. I bought two plushies and four figures, they arrived in perfect condition: the order was quickly sent and it arrived after two weeks, despite I ordered from Italy and I chose the cheapest shipping option.
I'd like to buy here again, as soon as money come in!

EDIT: I'm updating my review to provide a word of warning. It seems pokevault engages in some deceptive marketing tactics. Many listings on the site will contain a message like "It was only available at [x store], in [y month of z year], for a very limited time and in very limited quantity" but sometimes this statement is outright false since those products are still being stocked in-store or on the JP pokemon center website. Whether or not this tactic is intentional, it may push customers to purchase at a price higher than they might normally consider.

When I had concerns on shipping the owner was super pleasant and helpful. The merchandise came in perfect condition with excellent packaging.

The price is on the higher side but there is a guarantee of authenticity of you are a hardcore collector. For items that aren't that rare it may be possible to buy cheaper directly from the Pokemon company

For items I have trouble finding elsewhere and when I want to ensure authenticity + quality, Pokevault is a website I will for sure use again

A totally legit store, seller is responding to emails within minutes and gives great service! Ships super fast and arrives super fast, all the way from Japan to USA in just 2 days. The only thing is that items and shipping is pricy, but then again, you get rare Pokémon items that are hard to find anywhere. Everything is packaged really well and it arrives new and mint! Awesome!

Owner was very communicative and helpful. The international shipping was a little pricey, but its NUTS TO BUTTS fast; got my order in just a few days. Definitely will shop here again.

Very responsive, if you have question, do not hesitate to talk with him.

Excellent service. The owner is very responsive and helpful, but some delays in communication may occur due to time zone differences. My items were held during Covid and shipped as soon as available. The owner even covered an increased shipping fee due to Covid for me! My items arrived in excellent condition and were exactly what I expected. Everything on Pokevault is expensive, but I was also able to get items I wouldn’t be able to get from a store (like plushies from a UFO Catcher), plus a specific blind box item. In my opinion the quality of service and products is well worth the price.

soooko i love it you get to bug stiff soory if i sell worg

Amazing! I finally own merch of my favorite pokemon, and the prices are super reasonable. They warned about long delivery times, so I assumed around a month, but I got my stuff super fast, in maybe a week!! Not the last time I buy here!!

Great service, whatever you might be slightly overpaying on is made up for with just the most secure and protective, clean packaging you could ask for. Everything came in immaculate condition and you just don't get that kind of thing on ebay or similar.

i wish they didnt overprice some stuff. i found something selling for 80 dollars and if i go to the offical pokemon center its 12 dollars...

If you are scouring the reviews checking to see if Pokevault is reliable, you have stumbled across another positive review! I ordered my item and it was estimated to be delivered within 2 weeks, and it was delivered within a week! The box was in perfect condition and the package was concealed very neatly with bubble-wrap. 10/10 would recommend for all of your Pokemon needs!

Long delivery time but that was to be expected. The products are perfect and just as described, i’m more than satisfied!

Pokévault SUGOOOOOOOOI!!!!!!

Pokevault is great! Keep up the Good work.

Pokevault is an excellent place to buy Pokemon merch from. The seller is very helpful and all products sold are the genuine thing.

I ordered from Pokevault for my best friend's birthday gift. I bought 3 plush keychains. The tracking was a bit confusing for me and I couldn't really tell where and when my package would arrive to me, so I contacted their customer service on Facebook and got a reply pretty quickly. They helped assist me and reassured me that my package will be arriving soon. Once I got it I was very happy with the quality of the plushies!
