As a Content Creator Ambassador of Polar Dive USA, completely ignoring the amazing products given to me I struggled with a 3-year long relationship ending, and the people at this company are among if not the most positive and upbringing bunch of folk I can honestly attest to. Cannot Recommend a single other cold plunge/ice bath company like I can them!

Overall strong product and quality. Good support.

I've had my polar dive cooler and tub fir 2 months now and it works well. I had some small initial set up issues with plumbing but supprt was very helpful. I also had some delays with ordering the larger max but they always figure out a solution for me at Polar Dive. I can recommend their products.

Researched a lot of cold plunges from…

Researched a lot of cold plunges from $1000 on down and Polar Dive USA hit all the marks. You never really know until the product arrives and when it did, I knew I made a good decision. I live in AZ so I will be putting the pro chiller to the test this summer. Thanks for the quick shipping on my order.

Issues from the start

I purchased the Polar Dive Pro with Chiller. The tub is not high quality, waiting any day for a puncture. The chiller broke within days of first installing. At first the chiller unit wasn't able to intake water. When I resolved that, it was unable to actually give an accurate reading of temperature so it wasn't cooling correctly. Shortly after, it began giving an EEE error message and wasn't functioning at all. I'm in connection with support trying to return for a refund as it's been within 30 days since purchase, and they're not being of any help. They're asking me to record video to provide proof of issues, responding with general troubleshooting tips, asking for video evidence I'm following their troubleshooting, and are being unhelpful to resolving my actually request of returning the product that's not meeting my expectations. I also never received the 3 additional filters I purchased, or the in water thermometer that was supposed to be included.

Terrible experience since purchasing…

Terrible experience since purchasing a month ago. The MAX tub leaked air from day one and the 1/2 HP chiller is way off on water temp e.g. it says 55 degrees but the actual water temp in the tub is 48-49 degrees. I never received my free gift products (cleaning kit and mat) plus the double filtration kit never came with the package. It’s been a horrible experience with 3 different customer service reps telling me different information and expectancy of a replace MAX tub. I’m just exhausted with this process and going elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and just buy the $200 Amazon inflatable MAX tub and purchase a separate 1 HP chiller. You’ll be way ahead of the game at the same price point and probably way less headaches.

The chiller I received from Polar Dive didn't work as anticipated initially, but the communication, and dedication of the customer service team at Polar Dive has been exemplary. Any questions/issues are responded to within 24 hours, and I am currently waiting for my replacement chiller to arrive so I can continue my cold plunging.
While I was waiting for my replacement unit I received a call from one of the executives of the company, and he wanted to know what he could personally do to make sure I was happy with the product and Polar Dive overall. This level of customer service just doesn't happen any more in the US. Thank you to the whole Polar Dive team for the service you've provided. Sometimes electronic products don't work, and this team has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy as a customer, and that is just so rare. Thank you again!

the actual product worked fine on the…

the actual product worked fine on the front end. however, the manuals are nonexistent. you have to physically get on line and do research on other sites to find out how to maintain. Customer service line is a joke. can never talk to someone. message says they will return call in 12-24 hours. i am on 7 days with no message returned from call and no email returned. chiller stopped working. again, product is fine while working. once goes down, might just have to buy another as their support is not reliable.

Purchased their Pro Chiller with Standard Tub

Purchased their Pro Chiller with standard tub. Initial reaction after set-up was that it works great. However, began to have issues after subscribing to their Pro Chiller Filters. The first delivery did not arrive until a month after subscription. When it finally arrived, I began to notice that when replacing the water, the filter socket was trapped with air and water was unable to circulate. The customer service was kind, but ultimately was not helpful. They offered a free pump to help out with this issue. The item did not deliver until 2-3 weeks after the conversation; on top of that, the plastic pieces of the pump were completely broken and unusable. In my case, the air in the filter socket is still an issue. Currently I am doing some DIY approaches to partially fix this issue.

Edit: The COO resolved issues regarding a delay in the Pro Chiller Filters and resent a working pump. the pump still did not solve the air issue, but all other delivery issues have been resolved.

Not good value

My order arrived a few days late, and the packaging also seemed rushed. The product works but it didn’t fully match my expectations. I contacted support and got a reply after a couple of weeks which really disappoints me. Overall not much better experience with polar dive USA.

Polar dive has the best costumer…

Polar dive has the best costumer service I have ever received .they have answered every question I have had in a timely manner !they have gone completely out of they way to fix them as well . I’m so happy I decided to to go with polar dive on costumer service alone will definitely be a life time costumer just for the customer service alone. The recovery I get from the cold water is top notch as well I have had a few problems with lid and chiller but like I said the costumer set team saved the day and Evan though I’m over my return time the sent me a new one thank you polar dive

Best recovery!

My lady bought me the Polar Dive Pro for my birthday and its been a TOTAL GAME CHANGER! I have super achy joints from a decade of service in the military, so running leaves me in pain constantly. I started plunging immediately after my runs, and it has been the greatest relief. No aches or pains after I run! I'm in the gym constantly and this helps me recover on hard training days! 10/10 recommend! 6 stars because 5 isn't enough!

I got this plunge and was so excited…

I got this plunge and was so excited set it up and had a couple I think user error so I contacted support and wow talk about response time and so much help! They not once try to push me off or anything. They helped me until i was satisfied and everything working like I was expecting! Highly recommend these guys and the product itself is quality I have been cold plunging for almost 5 years now and have had a couple different types and absolutely love this one!

Amazing product and even better customer support!

I have been using the Polar Dive Chiller as well as the original pod for about 3 months now, and it has been exactly as I expected from the advertising on their website.

The product itself is amazing and cools the water down within a couple of hours, and it has been a mandatory part of my recovery regimen since I bought it.

Apart from the product, the customer service has been stellar! They respond quickly and are extremely diligent with their customer support.

Can't recommend this brand enough!

Excellent quality, value and customer service!

Polar Dive has excellent products at the best price. I have researched cold plunging a lot and they are the best value out there. I found the customer service to be exceptional too. They worked with me to get the right products for my needs when I needed to do some exchanging. They made it fast and simple. Everything about Polar Dive is great!

Quick and responsive customer service!

I had some issues setting up my Polar Dive plunge system. I was very impressed that I got in contact with a human very quickly. And through pictures and videos sent between the company and myself we were able to figure things out. Quick responses and tips that helped. I really appreciated the above and beyond customer service. I’d buy from this company again.

Polar Dive USA is 5 STAR

Customer Service is phenomenal. Had a small issue about an order, sent an email on a Saturday night and had a return email that night. Very responsive company. They care about their customers, and product. I have the Max with the chiller. I have purchased other brands of cold plunges in the past. Polar dive is by far the best. Easy to set up, the chiller is very quiet, and the Max tub has plenty of room. 5 Star company.
