Excellent garden centre with a lovely choice of flowers shrubs trees etc
Ditto the garden shop Klass and the general shop
Always enjoy a Cortado and Danish in Novells

Excellent place to while away a few hours, and grab something to eat as well. Fantastic range of goods, not cheap but what is these days. Restaurant is always busy but service is very quick, especially with the self service tills now.

The food section is excellent. Fruit and vegetable amazing and lovely products to buy. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rest of store a pleasure to visit. I ordered my new kitchen from Granite Transformations within the centre and received an excellent Service from them too.

Love Polhill. Lots of different shops to look out. Plants in nursery, good quality. Always buy plants & visit farm shop. Often buy from other shops in there. Great restaurant. Always look forward to a visit there. Go several times a year.

I enjoy visiting Polhill for coffee, lunch, all the staff are very helpful, best of all after enjoying that I then go round looking at the plants buy my meat, fruit and veg which is from local farms when in season also anything else I need in the grocery and bakery, very good selection of cheeses.
Such a lot to browse round including fashion, shoes, love the birthday cards besides the vast range of garden tools ,bird, dog and cat food including accessories for them.
There is so much to look at I can’t name it all, most important all the staff are happy to help if you ask them.

Always friendly and helpfull staff,a good range of produce, but not always the cheapest

The plants always look healthy and well cared for at Polhill and I can generally find what I want. The cafe/restaurant is a bonus.

Love polehill love having a wander and the farm shop and having breakfast my only criticism would be to have some toilets the farm shop end instead of two up the other end

Would of given 5 stars but on one visit I couldn’t get what I wanted , brilliant shop with helpful staff

We needed two climbers and another perennial for pots in the garden.Found what we wanted very quickly with reasonable prices. We always find a good healthy selections of plants with loads of different choices. If in doubt or have a question about something the staff are always very knowledgeable and can make.a recommendation. Checked our purchases out and the staff again at the checkouts always helpful. So pleased with our choices we treated ourselves to a lovely ice cream cone - the best ice cream around we think.

For me a visit to Polehill is a real pleasure.Parking is so easy, always find a spot.
Once in the store it is so well equipped with all things gardening. The retail shopping is also extremely good, and I can always get a decent cup of coffee, thank you

Came with friends for lunch and a catch up.
Service was friendly and efficient and we were blessed with good weather enabling us to sit outside in pleasant surroundings.
After, we had a browse round the rest of the well stocked and presented garden centre garden centre. A lovely way to spend an afternoon.

I found what I wanted, had a nice lunch and my grandson had fun playing on the swings afterwards. Thank you. Shame you can’t bring well behaved dogs.

Easy, free parking - easy to find - huge range of beautiful outdoor plants - huge range of amazing indoor plants - all the accessories you could need ( gardening tools, plant compost and feeds) amazing gift ideas - huge range of children's toys and the choice of two eateries! Very knowledgeable, helpful staff.

It is always a pleasure in coming to polhill, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty to see and buy. There is only one slight snag, the food hall could be cheaper.

Love Polhill, the range of goods is exceptional, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The reward scheme is great with free coffees and the food is of good quality.
Been coming since it first opened, it was much smaller then and has expanded to make a wonderful garden centre with many good quality plants and garden paraphernalia. The butchers offers excellent quality meat. There is a fresh fish and shell fish area too. Great way to spend a few hours.

My day at Polhill was so very nice which started with a relaxing free coffee in a happy environment meeting with other people too. I then went on to look round the beautiful plant section talking with very helpful staff then purchasing a few before having lunch which was so very tasty. A very happy and productive day all round which I have been coming back to for many years . I do so recommend coming to this, the best garden centre in this part of Kent for a very happy, successful and fulfilling day out. Love you all - Chris H..

Coffee area too small

Love to pop in for a coffee in the little cafe, lovely staff always make you feel welcome. Love to walk round and have a good look around, lovely staff i must say.
