Pollen's recruitment process is truly human- from the Slack Channel and emails, where opportunities are shared, to the application and conversational interview process. The post-interview feedback call is an extremely supportive and valuable experience. Pollen also boasts plenty of resources to support candidates in their career journeys, including their Notion page, podcasts/webinars and mentorship directory, which give an idea of the careers that are out there. I'm very grateful to the Pollen team for such a positive experience, which ultimately led to a once-in-a-lifetime graduate internship last summer!

Their whole approach is so refreshing, It’s CV-less and based on skills, which makes the process feel so much more personal and actually reflective of who you are and how you work.

I think the skills based assessment that mirrors the actual job regarding the application for the job as they don’t do CVs helps with seeing what the situation looks like in real life and also help me stand out. One time in an interview the employer literally said “wow, this is fantastic” and I guess I made a mark with him. The support from them has been amazing and they give feedback every single time and I mean every single time , even though the company is small they take meticulous way just to give feedback to everyone and make sure everyone is supported.

Pollen is truly the go to place for entry level jobs! They are revolutionising the job market, encouraging various companies to improve their recruitment processes by promoting skills based hiring and getting rid of CVs. They ensure constructive feedback is given to all unsuccessful candiates, and their friendly and supportive team are always happy to help.
